Sir, In inviting a kind reference to the subject cited above, it is to submit herewith the “Final Report (FR)” which has got Bank’s clearance on dated 14 th August 2015 copy annexed, for convening 11 th ISAP Review Committee. The Terms of Reference (ToRs) for Post RSID consultancy support for two RSID activities namely Support to HRD & Training Cell functions for implementation of HRD Policy of Works Department 2015 and Implementation support in Road Network Master Planning have been reviewed by the World Bank pending the formal decision of GOO/ OWD on restructuring of OBCC to ORDC. In this context, the date for 11th ISAP Review Meeting, may be fixed somewhere in fourth week of August, 2015 , preferably in between 24 th to 28 th August 2015 to discuss the Final Report and ToR documents shared by the Consultants vis-à-vis Bank’s observations and the approval of the Final Report (FR) for implementations of Consultant’s recommendations therein.
