Nowadays every manufacture is required to follow ecological principlesof production. ISAN has incorporated these principles directly into itsmanufacturing guidelines, considering them as common practice. At the same time, we also constantly attempt to develop and find new solutions leading to energy savings and thus environment protection.

DESIGN AND CUSTOMISED PRODUCTION

The customer requires not only the classical function of heating units butwe have also installed, with a growing frequency, radiators intendedas powerful, yet design accessories in interiors. They are intended tocomplement the overall visual aspect of the space. ISAN reflects this, offering product lines with modern design elements. Upon request, we are also able to supply customised heating units to meet the specified parameters.

We are a Czech company whose history datesback as far as 1953. We have been manufacturingradiators and heating units in a local plant overa number of years. The production of heating unitsin this plant in Blansko has its history: at the time,the production programme consisted of metalworking,millwork, car service and maintenance, and evencustom services. Apart from heating units, theCompany manufactured cast-iron products andfoundry products, tools, and household equipment(so-called wire programme). Later the productionfocused on production of furniture and smallaccessories made of wood.

The Company ISAN radiátory s.r.o. is a strong companyon the market of heating units. In 1993 it underwentrestructuring, starting new and modern production ofheating units. After the change in ownership in 2003and initial investment in production equipment andtechnology, the Company has established itself on themarket, currently acting as a leading player on Europeanmarkets. The Company has been responding flexiblyto the customers’ requests, actively following the latesttrends, which are then applied in the production. Bymeans of investment in new machinery and equipment,it guarantees its good-quality outputs satisfying thedemands of the market. Every year, the ISAN Companyproduced approximately 200 000 bathroom laddersand 50,000 design radiators, which equals to a 3 %share on the European market. The production of floorconvectors is not negligible either, amounting to 8,000units per year.

BATHROOM AND DESIGN RADIATORS

We specialize in manufacturing bathroom and design radiators.Every year, we produce over 200,000 bathroom radiators andover 50,000 radiators. Our assortment includes classical whitebathroom radiators in stainless steel or chrome finish, while weare also ready to supply atypical units.The selected types may be supplied in more versions:

• For electric heating• For the central heating system• Combined versions

The radiators are manufactured using round pipes, angularprofiles or their combinations. Some types of design units (Variant)are delivered with decorative covers, allowing the customer tosupply their own graphic design.Following the customer’s wishes, it is possible to specify the colourfinish, dimensions, material or radiator connection type.

TERMO - FLOOR CONVECTORS

FLOOR CONVECTORS

We have been manufacturing floor convectors for over 10 years.Approximately 8,000 units are produced every year, being alsodelivered abroad on a long-term basis, where they have beensuccessfully competing with big overseas manufacturers.

Basic product lines:

• TERMO ACTIV, representing a so-called “ecological version”and designed for the operational voltage of 24 V. It is suppliedwith a CU wire exchanger, which is easy to maintain andmechanically durable. The convector’s tank is made of goodquality stainless steel. It comprises an economical ventilator.

• TERMO DYNAMIC, mainly designed for industrialconstruction. It is supplied for the operational voltage of 230 Vand 24V. It comprises a powerful lamellar exchanger and isequipped with a stainless steel tank.

• TERMO PRACTIC is suitable for individual construction,singlefamily houses, offices or corridors. It is designed for the voltage of 230 V. The convector comprises a zinc-coated tank.

The offer includes convectors of various lengths, widths andoutputs. We also supply customised lengths, corners or arcs.

EXACTThe products have found their main customers in northerncountries placing higher demands onto heat output.Owing to their radiant surfaces, the radiant convectors provideoptimal heat comfort. They are available in various lengths andwidths which can be specified according to your needs.There are wall-mounted or on the floor connection typesavailable. According to the connection location there are3 possibilities – lateral without a valve, bottom with a valve orcentral connection.

EXACT ECOLITE – Lamellar Exchanger ConvectorsThe Exact Ecolite convectors with a lamellar heat exchangerare suitable for primary heating, secondary heating, as well aslow-temperature systems. The convection is essential while heatradiation is suppressed.

There are wall-mounted or on the floor connection typesavailable. According to the connection location there are2 possibilities – lateral without a valve or bottom with a valve.They are delivered in 4 heights and 3 widths.

These elegant radiators with smooth surface are ideal alternative to old school cast-iron multi column radiators. Our tubular radiators can be cleaned easily and deliver high heating outputs.

Individual elements are made of steel tubes. Their numberindicates the type of a radiator. We can manufacture typesfrom C2 to C6. High heating outputs rank our tubular radiatorsamong the most popular radiators especially for reconstructionof older residential buildings. Tubular radiator ATOL has optimalcirculation of heating media and is suitable for low temperaturesystems.

ISAN Radiátory s.r.o. offer radiators of various sizes, but alsoa wide range of colours to choose from, including metallic andstructural colours from Isan Melody Colour Chart.

FINNED TUBE RADIATORS

Spiral radiators are suitable for wide range of environments,not only in new construction, but mostly in administrative,technical, industrial and commercial buildings. Customers canchoose from one to three-lines radiator and at the same time from three various tube diameters.

Radiators can be delivered in several makes/finishes:

• standard surface treatment by baked-on powder• epoxy-polyester paint• stainless steel• hot-dip galvanized surface treatment

Finned tube radiators can be floor mounted, wall mountedor installed as self-standing. Above that Spiral radiators could bealso installed both horizontally and vertically.
