● To reflect on and evaluate Ronald Lui & Partner's initial
concept design for Island School if it were to be redeveloped
on the Borrett Road site. Please remember that this concept
design has been created just to see if a school the size we
need organized in the kind of way we want is possible on the
current site. This is not what a new school will look
like it is just an early idea.

● Students, teachers, parents and alumni have all taken part in the
consultation process and workshops

school values;

● Clear sightlines - quadrangle arrangement etc;
● Emphasis on adaptability / flexibility;
● More breakout areas for informal learning;
● Accommodation that actively supports our developing curriculum;
● A fully accessible and inclusive campus;
● A sustainable building in every way.
