AI after impacting various industries, like retail, healthcare, logistics, finance, is now on its way to reinventing the way we learn. Students are the future of any country, and hence the best possible education must be offered to them. Over the past few years, there have been subsequent changes in the educational process, like the usage of projectors and certain sources of information from the web. This has, undoubtedly, improved the educational services. However, there remains a need to help students and teachers in a better way. AI can offer innovations that would benefit both teachers and students to understand the whole learning and teaching process in a whole new way. What can AI in education offer? AI is rapidly spreading around us and it is utilizing its fantastic features to amaze various industries with groundbreaking innovations. Education is one such sector that can see big changes with AI. With its ability to create machines that can analyze and behave like humans, education can possibly shape its curriculum and training so well with AI. As every student has a different pace of understanding, it becomes challenging for teachers to identify which students need more attention and help. AI can solve this issue well. AI can help teachers find patterns in the data collected and gain insights about students, thereby assisting teachers to understand their student's capability and to teach them accordingly. AI can, therefore, help eliminate the struggle that students go through with difficult subjects. Coursera, an online learning service, already uses AI systems, to gain insights about their students. It monitors students for errors made in their assignment and notifies teachers about a misunderstanding of concept, if any. Additionally, it provides students with hints to solve a problem they are stuck with. Another area where AI can benefit educational institutions is grading. AI can assist teachers with grading for objective questions. However, AI has not entirely replaced human work and evaluating the subjective questions still need teachers, but the future is near and unimaginable AI innovations are on their way. Furthermore, AI systems in education can monitor a student’s growth and accordingly advise them which course can help them make a better career. What is the future of AI in the educational space? Let’s peek into the future of education with AI. Stanford University’s Report predicts that AI will not be new for classrooms by 2030. Robot tutors will not replace human tutors but assist teachers and not replace them. Tom Hooper, the founder of an online math teaching model ‘Third space learning,’ says, “AI will not replace tutors, it will support them, and it will guide them to be better teachers.” Artificially intelligent tutors can help human teachers understand their student’s weaknesses. Mr. Junaid Mubeen, the director of Whizz education, says, “Within 15 to 20 years, artificially intelligent tutors will be as common as car insurance, and these tutors will engage with a child’s emotions through speech interaction, support problem-solving and develop much more targeted learning paths for each student.” AI in education will see great advances in the future as experts learn more on where it can prove to be beneficial. However, AI systems are offering educational firms with adaptive learning, grade assistance, and personalized learning. The future is going to witness a lot of innovation, so stay calm and wait for it! "Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education is helping both students and teachers explore the realm of education like never before." Stanford University, in its paper, named “One-hundred-year study on Artificial Intelligence,” states: “Over the next 15 years in a typical North American city, the use of intelligent tutors and other AI technologies to assist teachers in the classroom and the home is likely to expand significantly.” What is Artificial Intelligence...? Research conducted by Harvard University, the CarnegieFoundation, and Stanford Research Center revealed, "85% of jobsuccess comes from having well-developed soft and people skills, and only 15% of job success comes from technical skills andknowledge (hard skills)." Regardless, many inventors, technocrats, business owners, new hires, supervisors, andmanagers from diverse industries over depend on their expertise.Accordingly, they neglect to develop their people skills proactivelyand in turn pay dire prices individually and cause havoc in theirorganizations.

Softskills - Tesla Example...In our history, we've witnessed many technically geniusindividuals struggling to succeed because of lack of some essentialinterpersonal skills. Nikola Tesla was one of such individuals.Tesla invented AC electrical system and coil, which is recognizedfor laying the foundation for wireless radio technology. On top ofthese two inventions, Tesla was also a pioneer in discoveringtechnologies such as X-ray, remote control, radar, dynamos, andso on.Sadly, Tesla lacked the necessary soft skills that could havecomplemented his technical skills. He was unable to communicateboth in writing and verbally, his inventions. He came short ofpromoting and marketing his discoveries. Tesla failed to holdpatents for all of his inventions. He was also unable to negotiateto benefit from his ideas entirely. At the end of the day, regrettably, his technical genius couldn't save him from dying poor in solitary.

Softskills - Wozniak & Steve Jobs ...As of 2016, Forbes acknowledged that Apple outshines its techpeers such as Microsoft and Samsung. It's one of the most valuedcompanies in the world. Behind the formation of Apple were twooutstanding individuals- Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. However, without the supplement of Jobs' soft skills, Wozniak

regardless of his off chart technical genius, wouldn't have pulledoff Apple. Even if he could, he wouldn't have launched it to becomea worldwide phenomenon without Jobs' excellent soft skills. Inshort, millions around the globe wouldn't have enjoyed the amazingproducts of this leading company if the two didn't come togetherand complemented one another.

Both Tesla and Wozniak had outstanding hard skills.Unfortunately, these were not enough to attain extraordinaryachievement. Only 15% of success comes from technicalexpertise.

The difference between the two gentlemen, nonetheless, was that Wozniak teamed up with soft skills genius Jobs whoarticulated, promoted, and marketed Apple and its products;selected, empowered, and continually inspired Apple's leadersand team members; negotiated, formed coalitions, and more. Teslawasn't lucky to have such a partner. He paid the dire prices oflack of soft skills. Accordingly, he died lonely and in debt.

The same is also true when it comes to entrepreneurship. When some technical professionals see that they are amazinglygood at what they do, they are tempted to start a business (orencouraged by well-meaning people to become their boss). Theyquit their job and open their own business thinking that their hardskills alone are enough to excel in the business world.

Disappointingly, it's widely believed that nine out of ten new

Soft Skills Are Responsible forCrushing Many People's Dreams

startups end up unsuccessful. There are many reasons whynew startups fail. What you won't find in the list of reasons whythe overwhelming majority start-ups die is the lack of technicalskills. If you sum up all the reasons, however, they boil down toone thing- the lack of certain soft skills.

Not just in the field of invention and entrepreneurship, everywhere, the lack of soft skills is affecting every industry.Let's just pick the corporate world. There is no shortage ofemployees. For every position they announce, businesses receivehundreds and sometimes thousands of submissions from overlyqualified, technically excellent, and highly experienced applicants. The common challenge all companies face is selecting that oneright employee who has the qualification and experience plus thesoft skills to fit into the corporate culture and get along with thealready existing team members.

Despite carefully selected criteria, background checks, andcontemporary screening approaches, the majority employers oftenend up disappointed in their choices. In the majority of the cases, this is not usually an issue with technical abilities. Mark Murphy-author of Hire For Attitude said, "Forty-six percent of new hiresfail in the first 18 months, and 89 percent of them failed for attitudinalreasons. Only 11 percent failed due to a lack of hard skills." Theexpertise that brought the new hires through the door was unableto help them stay there longer and flourish. Companies let go ofmany of their new hires regardless of their superb technicalexpertise due to the absence of certain soft skills.

Of course, it's not just new hires that disappoint because oflack of soft skills. Look around you. Many existing employees, supervisors and managers also struggle due to lack or poorlydeveloped soft skills.

Higher-level positions frequently involve supervisory dutiesthat require having excellent soft skills. Unfortunately, manycompanies don't pay close attention to soft skills when theypromote their super achievers. When the latter demonstrateoutstanding technical abilities and outperform their peers, theyget promoted to lead their team. And, as a result, they causehavoc. Common workplace complaints such as high turnover, conflict,

lack of synergy, and low levels of productivity many companiesare experiencing today come down to lack of certain soft skills bysupervisors and managers. For instance, "A Gallup poll of morethan 1 million employed U.S. workers concluded that the No. 1reason people quit their jobs is a bad boss or immediatesupervisor... People leave managers not companies... in the end, turnover is mostly a manager issue."

So, what does this all mean? If you are a businessowner, professional, supervisor, or a manager, you needto understand that your dream cannot be realized unlessyou work on your soft skills. If you are a leader, you shouldknow that the majority of the troubles in your organizationare the result of some of your key people lacking certainsoft skills.

What are the Softskills ...Soft skills are a combination of people skills, social skills, communication skills, character traits, attitudes, careerattributes, social intelligence and emotional intelligencequotients among others that enable people to navigatetheir environment, work well with others, perform well, andachieve their goals with complementing hard skills.

Who can forget the cute and martial arts obsessed Panda whotaught us that self-belief can help us scale great heights or forthat matter the ever charming and fascinating world of Narnia!Blockbuster movies such as Kung Fu Panda, The Chronicles ofNarnia, Wall-E, Coraline, Up, Bolt, Ice Age and Monsters vs. Aliensand our own Bahubali are striking examples of the miracle, that isanimation. Animation industry has boundless scope for thosewho love to create magic.

The animation industry is on the path of expansion and ready toexperience a prolonged period of boom. What is more exciting isthe fact that this industry would give employment to thousands ofprospective animators or multimedia artists every year. This boomis further going to be fuelled by the outsourcing of animationproject work by Disney and other animation giants to India.

The field of animation is sometimes misunderstood withcartooning. Cartooning is simply drawing caricatures ofcharacters which evoke a sense of comedy. On the other hand, animation is the art of breathing life into these characters.Animation is the art with which inanimate objects are brought tolife with the help of various modern computer based sequencingtechniques.

What does an Animator do, anyway?Animators, also known as multimedia artists, create specialeffects, animation or other visual images using computers.Animators help create television shows, movies and video games. But besides the obvious, Animators are everywhere. Animatorsdo commercials, motion graphics, special effects, advertisements

on the internet, medical explanations, recreating crime scenes forforensics, designing animated graphics for websites, producingsimulations for military practices and creating virtual tours ofbuilding architecture or model homes. Put simply, animators do alot more than just create cartoons and there are too many to list.

Career Prospects and Job Opportunities :Animation has emerged to become a very popular career choiceamong Indian students. Previously, this field was pretty muchunknown to the masses. But in the last few years, this field hasgained much attention and has since developed rapidly. Successof animation films and cartoons has greatly contributed to thegrowth of this field in India.

Demand for skilled and creative animation professionals is prettyhigh in India. Studios, Film production houses and animationcompanies know how big the field is. They have the money toinvest, all they need is qualified and skilled animators.

Animators may work under supervised setups, start their ownventure or work as a freelancer. Some of the well-known recruitersinclude :

Animation Studios Media Agencies

Film Production Houses Post Production Houses

Advertising Agencies

Web Entities (E Commerce sites, E Magazines

Websites ... etc)

Computer and Mobile Game Developers

When to Choose Career in Animation…? Start Early … There are no special subjects that are

needed to be studied at this level. But passion and aptitudein sketching, drawing and deep interest in computers isalways considered essential to gain entry into the animationindustry.

Is it the Right Career for Me…? For being a good animator you need to possess a greatdeal of passion, zeal and imagination. You must be goodat drawing and sketching. Furthermore, you should havegood visualisation skills and flair for using colours.Patience, hard work and dedication towards your work arealso a must for this job profile.

A Word of Caution ... : You should opt for this career onlyif you have passion, aptitude and attitude to excel as a multimediaartist. If you choose this program as an alternate, just becausethe animation industry is good or you do not have option to pursueany other formal education, then it could become a disaster.Animation or multimedia is all about skill and passion. You do notrequire any certificate, diploma or a degree to prove or pursueyour career in this industry. You are not judged or recruited byyour certificate or marks, but by your works, portfolio and creativity. There is a great scope for multimedia artist or an animator to earnbig, provided they have the skill and passion. I suggest if you liketo succeed and make a mark in this industry, first you should bepassionate, second your focus should be on learning andacquiring skills.

Motorola Study shows Alarming Results that

Confirm Need for Better Phone-Life BalanceThere is no denying, our phones have become anextension of ourselves. They entertain us, connect us,inform us, and enable us to explore our passions, reliveour memories and communicate our deepest thoughts tothe world. We love our smartphones, but when does thelove for our phones supersede the relationships we holdmost dear..? When does time with our smartphonebecome more important than time with our parents, spouse, children, and friends? And how will we know whenwe’ve crossed the line into problematic behavior?

Smart Phone-life balance...Motorola recently developed a global study in partnershipwith Dr. Nancy Etcoff, renowned expert in Mind-BrainBehavior and the Science of Happiness at HarvardUniversity and Psychologist at Massachusetts GeneralHospital Department of Psychiatry. The study, issued bythe independent research company, Ipsos, looks atbehaviors and phone use habits across generations andseeks to understand the impact of smartphones on ourrelationships with ourselves, other people, and thephysical and social environment.

“For the majority of smartphone users, their problematicbehaviors are mindless responses and bad habits thatthey need help in overcoming,” says Dr. Nancy Etcoff.“Behavioral nudges, environmental control, and

mindfulness will all help, as will the efforts of those withinthe smartphone industry. The broad social patternuncovered in this survey of multiple countries highlightsthe need for collective understanding and action.”

Phone life balance : Key Findings ...The study shows people are putting their phones beforethe people they care about, with the most alarming findingstied to younger generations who have grown up in a digitalworld. We also understand people recognize the need forbalance and are raising their hands for help:

Phone Importance : One-third (33 percent) ofrespondents prioritize their smartphone over engaging withpeople they care about and want to spend time with them.

Generational Factors : Issues with smartphones aremore intense among younger generations, with over half(53 percent) of respondents describing their phone as abest friend.

Help Wanted : People want help with phone-life balance. In fact, 61 percent of participants agree that they want toget the most out of their phone when they are on it, and themost out of life when they are not.

Separation Desired : The majority of participants (60percent) say it’s important to have a life separate fromtheir phones.

Moto report pinpointed three key problematic smartphonebehaviors that impact our relationships with others andourselves, with the study showing that younger generationsare more likely to adopt these problematic behaviors :

Compulsive Checking : Half (49 percent) agree thatthey check their phone more often than they would likeand agree they feel compelled to constantly check theirsmartphone (44 percent).

Excessive Phone Time : A third (35 percent) agree thatthey are spending too much time using their smartphone(44 percent) and believe they would be happier if theyspent less time on their phone (34 percent).

Emotional Overdependence : Two-thirds (65 percent)admit they “panic” when they think they have lost theirsmartphone (about 3 in 4) and three in ten (29 percent)agree that when they are not using their phone they are“thinking about using it or planning the next time I can useit.”

What We’re Doing ...Clearly there is a need for a better phone-life balance. Tosee where you are at on the scale, Motorola created anonline quiz consisting of 10 simple questions to betterunderstand your relationship with your phone. You cantake the quiz at phone-lifebalance.com.

Motorola is working with the SPACE Phone-Life BalanceApp, which offers a 60-day program to help smartphoneusers become more mindful of their phone usage. Theapp helps with things like screen dimming, notificationblockers and more. This app is especially relevant for thoseexhibiting the problematic behavior for “compulsivechecking,” as it helps people become more aware of theirphone habits and learn how to find balance.

Moto Experiences help support more intuitive mobileinteractions. For instance, Moto Display lets you easilyrespond to notifications without going down the ‘rabbithole’. Moto Mods ecosystem allows you to do more withyour phone with others around you.

Every smart phone user and also every companies mustbe encouraging employees to practice phone-life balancein their own lives.

About The Study ... The Motorola Phone-Life BalanceStudy, was fielded online from November 30, 2017 toDecember 26, 2017 among 4,418 smartphone users aged16 to 65 in the U.S., Brazil, France, and India.

Machine learning (MI) in disastermanagement holds the potential to usepredictive analytics for alerting aboutupcoming calamities. Apart frompredictions, it can also assist rescue teamsby informing about damage levels.

Natural disasters are inevitable when anatural disaster like a cyclone, storm, floods, or tsunami occurs; humans cannotdo much to avoid the wrath of a calamity. However, people realize that the severity ofa natural disaster can minimize with theassistance of adequate disastermanagement techniques. Numerousnatural disasters took place in 2017, out ofwhich the monsoon floods in Bangladeshholds the highest number of deaths bykil l ing more than 1200 people.Organizations are leveraging numeroustechnologies to combat natural disasters;one of them is machine learning. Machinelearning is a technology that learns fromits users about how they do particular tasks. When they learn from their users, theyunderstand how to do it without theassistance of a human being.Governments realized that ML cantransform the future of disastermanagement. Machine learning in disastermanagement can be a technology that canassist authorities to perform better undersituations of natural disaters.

Machine learning in disastermanagement to predict disastersPredictive analytics is one of the featuresof machine learning that allowsorganizations to know about theforthcoming events. Machine learning doesthe work of predictive analytics by trackingpatterns and analyzing information to knowabout the possibil it ies of the sameoccurring in future.

Predictive analytics can assist officials by

providing them details on the specific areaswhere they are less affected. Thisinformation helps with respect to sendingrescue teams to particular regions andsupport sauthorities by empowering themwith information on areas minimallyaffected by the calamity.

Apart from notifying disaster managementteams about areas, predictive analytics canalso supply insights for the authorities toknow the impact of a particular calamityaffected area. There are numerousorganizations, such as Optima Predict, thatallow authorities to scan through areasaffected by tragedies.

Machine learning in disastermanagement to rescue survivorsWhen a calamity strikes, one of the toughesttasks for the rescue authorities is to scanthrough areas affected by the disaster. When authorities want to recover peoplefrom a disaster-affected zone, the risks ofofficials losing their lives to save civiliansis high.

By using machine learning, authoritiesobtain actionable insights about peoplestuck in a particular area and how they canbe rescued by mapping through the zoneusing image mapping techniques. By usingthese techniques, authorities get a heatmap of areas that require immediateresponse and supplies.

Machine learning has applications acrossnumerous industries; disastermanagement is an area that can benefittremendously from the assistance ofmachine learning. Government authoritiesshould now look for ways through whichthey can use this technology. Trainingemployees and authorities to work with thistechnology also stands as a viable optionfor the government to enhance theirdisaster management abilities.

Due to the growing risk of hackers, companies need advanced technology forcybersecurity. Now, machine learning forcybersecurity could help companies tosecure all digital assets efficiently.

Organizations generate and collect a largevolume of data- structured andunstructured- to improve their services. However, the disorganized data is leftunused due to lack of advancedtechnologies. The unstructured data mayor may not contain sensitive information.Hence there is a need to secure all thecollected digital assets. There is always arisk of hackers waiting for an opportunity tohack the system and steal the classifiedinformation. According to SecurityIntelligence report, “the global cost ofcybercrime will reach $2 trillion by 2019, athreefold increase from the 2015 estimateof $500 billion.” This states the rate at whichthe hackers are hacking the system. Thisgenerated a need for advancedtechnologies that could assistorganizations to secure their dataefficiently. Even though analysts work oncybercrimes, there is a need for machinesthat can act smarter and help analysts tohandle systems accurately. One suchtechnology is machine learning. Machinelearning for cybersecurity could provebeneficial to industries in securing theirdata.

The need for Machine Learning Organizations, of course, hire analysts

who can work to detect any maliciousactivities in their network. Since bad guysfrom behind the scenes are waiting for rightopportunity to dirty the system by using newtechnologies, companies mustunderstand benefits that machine learningoffer and implement them in their respectivesectors. The traditional cybersecuritymethods and analysts fail to address thefollowing problems:

As a large volume of data pours intoorganizations, it becomes tedious foranalysts to analyze and determine whereprecisely the malware has been injected.

The second concern is an unqualifiedanalyst who is unaware of the what andhow of entire network security processes.

The third issue is even if malware isdetected in a network, the furtherprocesses, such as communicating withadministrators takes enormous time. It istypically a slow process.

All of these reasons generated the needfor more advanced and capabletechnologies that could assist analyst todetect malware and secure their systems.

What is Machine Learning..Let us first understand what is MachineLearning before we move on to how it canbenefit cybersecurity. Machine learning isa type of AI (Artificial Intelligence), whichgathers large chunks of data and trainsmachines to make devices act smarter andas intelligent as humans. Here are wayshow machine learning can helporganizations for cybersecurity.

Machine Learning for cybersecurity Machine learning has a fantastic feature,

called predictive analysis, which can predictthe future outcomes of any system. Basedon the datasets, machine learning canpredict where, how, and when a hacker willplace a malware. This can be a warningsign to analyst and alert them to be readyfor any unwanted kinds of stuff happen.

Even if hackers hack the system, machine learning will collect theexperience as datasets and train systemsto detect similar malicious activity in future.

The issue of discovering where hackershave placed the malware is solved withmachine learning. Machine learning cansearch the entire system and the networkand find the malware in no time.

Another fantastic feature machinelearning exhibits are ‘recommending.’Similar to a YouTube’s recommendation forvideos, machine learning can recommendanalyst with actions that could be useful forsecuring their system. Machine learningalgorithms find patterns in data and gaininsights about it, once networks are trainedwith datasets.

Now that the idea behind implementingmachine learning for cybersecurity is beforeyou, you must apply this technique in yourbusiness to overcome challenges faced bytraditional security methods. Machinelearning technology does not aim atreplacing analysts, instead serves as aplatform to secure all digital assetsefficiently.

Kids tend to spend a lot more time indoors, and on theinternet. While the cyber world has a lot of positive activitiesand avenues for learning, it comes with its own risks, especially for children. According to the recent MicrosoftDigital Civility Index, teens reported much higher andfrequent online risks than adults. The report also foundthat parents can have the greatest impact on the digitalsafety of their kids, with a large number of teens placingtheir faith and trust in parents to keep them safe.

Safety tips for you ... According to Dr. Jyoti Kapoor Madan, Sr. Psychiatrist,

Paras Hospital, parents need to be more attentive andalert about their child’s surroundings in the cyber world. They should also watch for behavioural change causeddue to emotional abuse online, and must take preventivemeasures. While they need to enable their kids withdevices and access to the internet, to stay attuned andcompetitive, they must ensure, at the same time, that thedevices are equipped with the best safety and securityfeatures.

Thus, with the aim to make the cyber space safer andmore enjoyable for your kids this summer, we bring yousome quick tips for a safer online journey:

the first line of entry and defence and choosing a strongpassword is crucial. Long phrases that mix capital andlowercase letters, numbers and symbols are ideal, andthey don’t have to be complicated. For e.g. the beginningof your favourite song.

Be careful where you click – Viruses and spyware aremany, think before you click on anything, whether websites, links or emails, even if you think you know the person!

Avoid sharing personal details – It is important toeducate children about the risks of adding people whomthey don’t know personally on their social media accounts.Sharing personal information on social media platformswithout privacy filters and security checks can also landyour child in trouble. Parents should ensure their childrendo not use social media when angry, frustrated or overtlyemotional.

Use Parental controls – This one is for parents. Use ofparental controls on Windows 10 devices helps parentsand children enjoy an open collaborative environment. Italso helps protect your child online, sets good screentime habits which helps parents set limits for browsingtime, while keeping a track of your child’s digital life withfeatures such as activity tracking, find your child (by tracking

the immense potential of new technologies, wemust also make use of all the security featuresavailable to make it a safe and pleasantexperience.

Useful Tips for Security ... Always check the link address and the sender’s email

before clicking anything – even better, don’t click the link, but type it into your browser’s address line instead.

Before clicking any link, check if the link address shown,is the same as the actual hyperlink (the real address thelink will take you to) – this can be checked by hovering yourmouse over the link.

Only use a secure connection, especially when youvisit sensitive websites. As a minimum precaution, do notuse unknown or public Wi-Fi without a passwordprotection. For maximum protection, use VPN solutionsthat encrypt your traffic. And remember : if you are using aninsecure connection, cybercriminals can invisibly redirectyou to phishing pages.

Check the HTTPS connection and domain name whenyou open a webpage. This is especially important whenyou are using websites which contain sensitive data –such as sites for online banking, online shops, email, social media sites etc.

Never share your sensitive data, such as logins andpasswords, bank card data etc., with a third party. Officialcompanies will never ask for data like this via email.

Use a reliable security solution with behavior-basedanti-phishing technologies, such as Kaspersky TotalSecurity, to detect and block spam and phishing attacks.

Key findings in the Kaspersky security report : The main targets of phishing attacks have remained

the same since the end of last year. They are primarilyglobal Internet portals and the financial sector, includingbanks, payment services and online stores.

About $35,000 USD was stolen through one phishingsite that appeared to offer the opportunity to invest in therumored Telegram ICO. Approximately $84,000 USD wasstolen following a single phishing email mailshot relatedto the launch of ‘The Bee Token’ ICO.

Financial phishing continues to account for almosthalf of all phishing attacks (43.9%), which is 4.4% morecompared to the end of last year. Attacks against banks, e-shops, and payment systems remain the top three, demonstrating cybercriminals’ desire to access users’money.

Brazil was the country with the largest share of usersattacked by phishers in the first quarter of 2018 (19%). Itwas followed by Argentina (13%), Venezuela (13%), Albania(13%), and Bolivia (12%).

In the first quarter of 2018, the amount of spam peakedin January (55%). The average share of spam in the world’semail traffic was 52%, which is 4.6% lower than theaverage figure of the last quarter of 2017.

Vietnam became the most popular source of spam, overtaking the U.S. and China. Others in the top 10 includedIndia, Germany, France, Brazil, Russia, Spain, and theIslamic Republic of Iran.

What is Cyberbullying...?Cyberbullying and Cyberharassment are also known asonline bullying. It has become increasingly common, especially among teenagers. Cyberbullying is whensomeone, typically teens, bully or harass others on socialmedia sites. Cyberbullying allows bullies to easily andanonymously harass victims online. They do this byflaming, harassing, outing, exclusion, impersonation, andstalking. Harmful bullying behavior can include postingrumors, threats, sexual remarks, a victims' personalinformation, or pejorative labels (i.e., hate speech).Bullyingor harassment can be identified by repeated behavior andan intent to harm. Victims may have lower self-esteem,increased suicidal ideation, and a variety of emotionalresponses, including being scared, frustrated, angry, anddepressed.

Open Wi-Fi connections make it much easy for online hackers toget access to your network and steal your important files. It is veryimportant to protect your wireless connections with a strongpassword that is encrypted. Another important thing is to refreshyour equipment timely. This is important because some of the routershave vulnerabilities that are not updated or patched. The latestequipment in the market allow offering segregated network accessto the users.

Change Passwords Frequently

It is important to use difficult passwords and you need to changethem frequently. Another thing that you need to ensure is not to usethe same password across different devices. Many of us use thesame password and unlock pattern for different devices, which isnot a good strategy. If you find using different password difficult, you can make use a good password manager. Incorporating two-step authentication is also a good move to ensure security andprevent hacking.

How to Protect Your PCFrom Hackers

The fight against malware is a constant battle that evolves astechnology becomes more powerful. It’s wise to use every tool atyour disposal to keep your computer safe.

What you might not know is that Chrome on Windows has its ownmalware scanner. This runs periodically to clean junk up in yourbrowser, but you can actually run a scan right now to make sureeverything’s clear.

Click the three-dot Menu button in the upper-right corner ofChrome and choose Settings.

Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click Advanced to showall options.

Continue scrolling down until you see the Reset and clean upheader at the bottom of the list. Click Clean up computer.

Inside is the Find and remove harmful software option, which isChrome’s malware scanner. Click Find to run a scan.

Once complete, Chrome will let you know if it finds anythingharmful on your PC. If so, you can proceed with removing it.

Next time, you can get to this menu quickly by entering chrome://settings/cleanup into the address bar.

If you don’t see this option, make sure you’ve updated Chromeby visiting Menu > Help > About Google Chrome.

Note that this isn’t a general-purpose malware scanner. It onlychecks for harmful software related to Chrome. Thus, you stillneed to keep a trusted antivirus installed.

It’s a good way to weed out any browser hijackers, so give it atry if you see a barrage of popups, unfamiliar search pages, oralerts about viruses. If Chrome seems slow and the scanner doesn’thelp, something else could be slowing down your browsing.

Most of the time, visiting a website is a simple affair. You type in thename of the site you’re interested in or click a browser bookmark, and you see it within a few seconds.

But what about when it goes wrong? Sometimes, you’ll see variouserrors alerting you to problems with visiting that website. Whilesome of these are out of your control, you can troubleshoot othersto find out what’s wrong.

Let’s quickly review some of the most common website errors.Note that errors starting with 4 (like error 451) are client-sideerrors (issues with your computer), while those starting with 5are server-side (problems with the website).

Error 404

404 is a common error. It signifies that the page you were lookingfor doesn’t exist. This often occurs when you click a broken link, orif a website moves a page without redirecting it properly. But it canalso happen if you mistype a URL.

When you see a 404, check to make sure that you haven’t enteredthe wrong address. Then try a Google search to find the rightpage, as it may have moved.

Error 401

A 401 error means that you need authentication to access thepage, but don’t have it. This usually occurs when you need to loginto a website to access something but haven’t done so yet.

If you see this, try visiting the main page of the site and logging inagain.

Error 403

A 403 error signifies that you’ve made a valid request, but theserver won’t complete it because you’re not allowed to access it.This is different than a 401.

A 401 tells you that you haven’t logged in and so it can’t authenticateyou. But a 403 error says that it knows who you are, yet won’t letyou access the page. Typically, this means you’ve stumbled acrosssomething private and need to access the website administratorfor access.

Error 504

A 504 error signifies a gateway timeout, meaning that a server thewebsite relies on isn’t communicating with it quickly. When thishappens, you won’t be able to access the website until itsadministrators resolve this issue. You can try refreshing the pagea few times, but you’ll likely have to wait until it’s fixed.

What Is DuckDuckGo?Over the years, Google has left its humble origins behind to becomeone of the largest companies in the world, offering a wide range ofdevices and services.

To keep those services free, Google records data about youand uses it to display targeted advertising—their main source ofrevenue. As the debate around online privacy ramps up, manypeople are looking for an alternative.

Fortunately, DuckDuckGo might be the privacy-focused searchengine you’ve been looking for.

DuckDuckGo describes itself as “the search engine that doesn’ttrack you.” Most search engines collect search data, with Googleeven linking that data to your account. The recorded data is usedto personalize your search results, and to show you targetedadvertising. But DuckDuckGo (DDG) doesn’t track you and optsnot to personalize your search results.

The site has grown steadily since its inception, going from anaverage 79,000 daily searches in 2010, to 23.5 million daily and 16billion total searches as of April 2018. Some of this growth hasbeen down to DDG’s partnerships with browsers like Firefox, andApple’s Safari. They have also partnered with many Linux operatingsystems, and have native apps for both Android and iOS.

When you’re going about your internet activity and suddenly alertedwith a warning from your browser or operating system, you wouldbe right to be concerned. It’s vital to take action right away. Examplesof such alerts include:

The site ahead contains malware

There is a problem with this website’s security certificate

The Site Ahead Contains Malware

Ever searched browsed the web, clicked a link, and been facedwith this on Google Chrome? Thanks to Chrome’s Safe Browsingtool (a built-in feature of the popular browser), this message isclear: the site you’re about to visit could be infected with malware.Rather than proceed, close the browser tab and look elsewherefor a safer site.

If you’re using a different browser, you may see “This website hasbeen reported as unsafe” (Internet Explorer and Edge browsers),or “Deceptive site ahead” (Mozilla Firefox) or “Reported attackpage” (older versions of Mozilla Firefox).

Alerts like this are intended to stop you from visiting sites thatserve malware. This might be anything from a virus or Trojan, toransomware. Staying safe online also means avoiding phishingsites, so also look out for messages like “The site ahead containsharmful programs” or “This page is trying to load scripts from anunauthenticated source.”

Whatever the case, use any displayed option to go back to a safesite. Unless you absolutely know what you’re doing, avoidproceeding (in Chrome, you’ll find “visit this unsafe site” underDetails).

There Is a Problem With This Website’s SecurityCertificate

If a website’s security certificate has expired, you’ll see thismessage (specifically Internet Explorer and Edge). “The server’ssecurity certificate is not yet trusted/yet valid” (Chrome) might alsoappear. Issues can occur if the security certificate cannot bevalidated.

These errors will occur on any site using HTTPS rather than HTTP.

Don’t think it’s a problem? Think again: sites that require securelogin include social networks, online banking, and online shopping. If you encounter these errors, then it is possible the site has beenhijacked. Alternatively, the website might not be the one you think itis. Has a phishing attempt sent you to a spoof website, perhaps?

Note that if you’re seeing this error often, check the time on yourPC and see if it’s properly synced. If this is incorrect, then thesecurity certificate will not validate.

Two common Internet Securityalerts you should never ignore

The app icons could come alive when the users interactwith them or scroll through homepage screens. It'spotentially a new feature and we are more interested onwhat developers can do with it.

Great speed and performance ... According to Google,Android Oreo will load the apps and boot the device atdouble the speed of Android Nougat, resulting in slickeroperation. Google's done with a whole load of work underthe good to make faster iteration of its mobile platform. This enhancement will likely to improve the performance

This means all the devices will see morebattery life once Android Oreo is installed.

Google says that Android Oreo is much smarter when itcomes to let apps run in background, reducing the amountof power and money they use. This leaves more of thebattery to use in tasks that you use regularly.

How to Increase your Social MediaFollowers & Reputation

BE INTERESTING ... According to BBC News theaverage attention span is less than 12 seconds, thanks tomultiple devices and a lot of distractions is really hard tostay focused and maintain the audience entertained. Theonly way is generating interesting content in relation toyour service or product, there are a lot of formats accordingto each channel like videos, interactive images, and usefulinformation applicable to their needs.

The best example is TED Talks, their content is aboutgenerating content through guest speakers of the mosttrendy and interesting topics in different industries.

BE AN EXPERT ON YOUR AUDIENCE INTERESTSRule number 1. The more you know about your target, your strategy perform will better. Who are you talking to?What do they do? Why they buy your product/service? Whatare they doing? Where are they from? Which type of contentare they interested in?

Netflix knows us well, if you are watching comedy movies, they will recommend other ones of the same type, therecommendations are driven by machine learningalgorithms analyzing your interests and behaviors.

BE PART OF THE INFLUENCER TRENDThe storytelling of influencer marketing is more realistic, and the followers can feel connected and identified withtheir daily life. Marketers are increasing their budget oninfluencers thanks to the impact on their audience.

Fiji water did a partnership with the influencer DanielleBernstein who is a fashion blogger offering workout videoswith her personal trainer. The goal was to highlight theimportance of hydrating if you want to feel and look good, the campaign name is #weworewhat with #bodyworewhat.

BE EMOTIONAL ... We are human beings and evenwe live in a connected world, we want to feel differentemotions on ads and campaigns to take the experienceto the next level. The campaigns that get a connection withtheir audience are the ones who will last for a long time intheir minds.

Dove is the brand taking the beauty perception as its corestrategy, they don't sell soaps, they sell beauty to womenempower them to gain esteem.

with other campaigns, just make experiments and makethem run to see what happens.

BE AWARE OF YOUR DATA ... Imagine if you justdo campaigns and don't measure their performance, youmaybe will get the results you want but, you don't knowwhat exactly is causing a conversion or working with youraudience. With your data, you can optimize your campaignand bidding.

A great example is Amazon, do you imagine thisrevolutionary business without data? Data gives theinformation and the information gives the power.

BE INBOUND ... Inbound marketing is a whole strategyto increase the traffic to your website and createconversions to get new customers. Content marketing isone part of that strategy, the first step is identifying the painpoints of the brand and competitor's analysis. Then, createa persona (with the information you have on point 2), createcontent offering value to your audience and make it with aCTA (Call to Action) where you can redirect them into alanding page and you can proceed with a sales strategy.

Chipotle captured gaming fans, chipotle fans with asuccessful inbound strategy about "Chipotle TasteInvaders" with a laser tag shooting burrito, fighting againstadditives and educating the customer about the burritoingredients.

BE CREATIVE ... Remember you need to captivateyour audience with your campaign and it's not necessaryjust explaining the products and services. One of the bestcampaigns is Metro Trains with "Dumb ways to die" withcatchy music and cartoon characters getting in the top 10on iTunes in 24 hours.

BE HONEST ... And this is a little related of whyinfluencer marketing is so successful now, the truth isthat you will obtain your customer's loyalty and retain themwith honesty and transparency; if they trust you, you are awinner. Put yourself in a scenario where you are reallyhungry and there is a new restaurant that someone toldyou about it, but you're not 100% sure of how healthy it is,then, you realized they cook your meal in front of you; that

As a business owner or marketing strategist, socialmedia is an important tool to increase brand

awareness, we can see social media like a cocktailparty, where you can have networking and fun. Wewill explain 10 Must-Haves in your campaign to rock

your social media strategy.

BE FUN ... To engage your audience, youneed to be unique and enjoy this job. Choose agame, a funny quote, a meme, depending on yourservice or product to get your audience attention.

will make you feel confident about how theyprepare the food, what type of ingredientsand if it's fresh. The same happens with

your company, the more transparentyour product or service is, the betteryour audience will accept it. Onecompany with a lot of negativecomments about their quality foodis McDonald's. To attack this, thecompany creates a transparentmarketing campaign called "OurFood. Your Questions" WhereMcDonald's answer all yourconcerns about their food.

BE A FRIEND ... This is my favorite part, to see theimportance of these channels. Back in the days, wewouldn't think about Facebook to a way of communicationof resolving inquiries or issues with a brand. Today youcan take Customer Service to a whole experience makingit so personal like you're in the store, providing that, youare saving time, energy and effort to the customer havinga satisfied customer or just changing their perception ifthey had an inconvenience. The best example is a lovely response from Lego, whocould just reply with a "standard message" but it was sopersonalized and unexpected that went viral to allchannels.Check out your current campaign strategy and think aboutthe above information and try to implement it to your ownbusiness.

Test, measure and repeat, you never knowhow your campaign is going in comparison
