The ARK Group has over 40 years of experience in the design, development of live music venues, restaurants and multi-tenant entertainment complexes. ARK has developed and operated more than 50 food and beverage concepts, produced large scale music festivals and worked with many of the biggest names in show business including Elton John, Aerosmith, Zac Brown Band, Selena Gomez, Lenny Kravitz, Foo Fighters, Kid Rock, Brad Paisley and many more.

The ARK Group developed and operates a similar venue to the proposed Irving project called the NC Music Factory, located in Charlotte, NC. The NC Music Factory is a multi-venue entertainment complex with over 15 restaurants and entertainment venues as well as a 5,000 seat amphitheater and 2,000 capacity live music hall, both operated by Live Nation, the world’s largest concert promoter.

The ARK Group is financially capable and prepared to move forward immediately with the design and construction of the Irving Music Factory™. We will guarantee the City of Irving that if awarded the development contract and lease we will begin construction early next year and complete the project approximately 18 months thereafter.
