MOST OUTSTANDING REGIONAL COUNCIL
The search for the Most Outstanding Regional Council recognizes the
Regional Council that has performed its duties and served its members in providing
an environment where one can harness his skills toward academic excellence and
social awareness.
The search is open to all registered Regional Council of NFJPIA FY 2012-
2013 who participated in the 15 th MYC, 30th Annual National Convention, NAQDOWN
2012 and 2013 National Mock board.
The candidate must properly secure the following documents in hard copy:
1. CD copy- Flash/Movie Presentation of no less than 2 minutes but no more
than 5 minutes summarizing the activities of the Regional Council, its
achievements, etc.
2. Accomplishment Report. Comprising objectives, short description, information
and evaluation/ report regarding each activities and photos of each event.
Size:8.5 x 11 (Short Bond Paper, Soft-Bounded)
3. Audited Financial Statements for the Federation Year (duly certified by the
Adviser & Auditor)
4. Summary of Achievements for Academic and Non-Academic
5. Photocopy of all corroborating certificates supporting all claims and assertionsmade in the bid. ( It must be in chronological order). Photocopies or pictures of
Medals and Plaques are not accepted. It must be numbered and arranged
chronologically (for it is needed on the reference page part of summary of
achievements).

Qualifications:
1. The Regional Council should have at least 10 registered participants in the
15th MYC and at least 8 registered participants in the 30th Annual
National Convention.
The criteria for judging will be divided into three, NF Rating, Evaluation and
Panelists interview. The former will be only 20% of the final score and the Evaluation
and Panelists interview will be 30% and 50% respectively.

NF Rating gives credit to the Regional Councils working relationship with the
NationalFederation for the promotion and consummation of the NFJPIA activities and
objectives. And also, the collaboration of the applying Regional Council during
National Activities and how they actively participated.
Discipline this pertains to the timeliness of the RCs in submitting
requirements. The followingpoint system shall be observed.
Each Regional Council will have one hundred (100) points as their starting
value. This point will vary depending on the performance of the Regional Council in
complying different cases as related to NFJPIA. However, in membership compliance
(payment and requirements), equivalent points indicated below will be multiplied by
two (2). Points are specified below:
The RC who will garner the highest points will be the BASIS for transmuting
the PERCENTAGE EQUIVALENT.

The RC who will garner the highest number of points shall be the basis for
transmuting the PERCENTAGE EQUIVALENT.
Academic and Non-Academic Achievements will be based on the number
of certificates (received during the Federation Year 2012-2013 only) submitted (in
photocopy only). Only International and National Achievements (accounting or
business related) and NFJPIA related contests will be recognized. There will be no
limitations on the number of contests submitted as long as the National Council duly
certifies it. The applying Regional Council who garnered the highest points will be the
BASIS for transmuting the PERCENTAGE EQUIVALENT.

Social Responsibility and Leadership Promotion recognizes the social
awareness and acts of the Regional Councils for holistic social development of its
community and as well as catering the leadership inclination of their members. The
focus of social responsibility is the proposed Adopt a Community of the National Vice
President for Non-Academics. It will be based on their involvements and activities
conducted per se. Involvements refer to their active participations in the school,
community and/or other social awareness activities of other organizations. NFJPIA
wants to develop its members social conscience and responsibility and promote
excellence in their community.
Academics and Non-Academics Function pertains to the activities they
conducted in both fields during the federation year 2012-2013. It will be based on
how successful these activities conducted and how it provided opportunity for the
members to participate and develop their academic and non-academic competence.
This also gives credit on the activities which are conducted dynamically and with
diversity.
Financial Efficiency relates to how well the local chapter optimized the funds
in organizing activities and events. This also pertains to the skills of the Regional
Council in dealing with financial constraints.
Evaluation will be conducted before the 30th Annual National Convention
while the Interview will be conducted during the said event. Documents number 2, 4

and 5 must be received 10 days before the 30 th ANC. The said files must be sent to
[email protected] while the rest of the required documents must be
submitted on the 1st day of the 30th ANC
The Regional President or any Regional Council Officer may represent the
region during the interview. There will only be a maximum of 3 three representatives
from the Regional Council. The Regional Council Representative/s will have a
maximum of twenty (20) minutes (excluding panel interview) to present its
Academic and Non-Academic Achievements and Functions, Leadership Promotion
and Social Responsibility.
The percentage per category will be added and a maximum of 100% can be
attained. It will be ranked from lowest to highest percentage to know the winners.
Only 1 representative shall be entertained by the YEA Committee regarding
questions as to the computations of the ratings. He/she may either be one of the
presenters of the RCs bid for MORC. The committee shall not entertain complaints
from persons other than those stated above.
The Three (3) Regional Councils who garnered the highest percentage will
be selected and 2 (ranks 2-3) of which will be the Outstanding Regional Council and
the one who achieved the TOP spot will be the Most Outstanding Regional
Council. In cases there are only 5 or less local chapters vying for the position, only 1
Most Outstanding and 1 Outstanding Local Chapter.
Three CONSECUTIVE years of achieving the Most Outstanding Regional
Council will be given proper recognition by placing the Regional Council to the
National Federations Hall ofFame.
