The Tale Of Despereaux, Animated Feature FilmFramestore, UK; Software: Autodesk Maya, Pixar’s Renderman, Shake

• Created Character light rig for this scene while matching the character look to the approved set lighting. Careful attention was given to light direction and details accuracy. Created an efficient light rig for smooth propagation to other Child shots which participated in this scene

• Lit & matched the set to the approved light scene rig • Character was rendered in a single Beauty Pass, therefore most of the adjustments of the character

were done at the shader level/3D-stage.

• Same as above

• Same as above

• Created Set & Character light rigs - Defined the look of this Character (Louise) and the set of this scene

• Character was rendered in a single Beauty Pass, therefore most of the adjustments of the character were done at the shader level/3D-stage

• Lit and defined the look of the set for this scene to work with the light direction in it • Created Louise’ (Character on the left) light rig • Louise character was rendered in a single Beauty Pass

• Created Set & Character light rigs - Defined the look of the character and the set lighting of this scene

• Character was rendered in a single Beauty Pass, therefore most of the adjustments of the character were done at the shader level/3D-stage

• Created Character light rig - Created the lighting of the character at this angle • Character was rendered in a single Beauty Pass, therefore most of the adjustments of the character

were done at the shader level/3D-stage. • Lit & Adjusted the set according to the approved set lighting

• Created the look and feel of the project at the comp stage, working closely with the art director • Composited the character into the set to become a single coherent picture • Composited a sparse forest that was shot into a dense forest look , utilized Shake • Shake stabilizer, tracking and camera shake tools were used for the background work

Dino DPS, Israel; Software: Shake

• Designed the look & feel of the project • Created Textures & Shaders using Photoshop, Maya and Mental Ray • Designed the light rig using Mental Ray for Maya • Characters rendered in a single “Beauty Pass”, no pases involved • Composited the character into the photo background using Shake

Pitsponet & Anton, Animation Short by Irit Hod & Michal FinegoldLook Development Image; Software: Photoshop, Autodesk Maya, Mental Ray, Shake

• Designed, shaded & lit the image - using Photoshop (textures) and Mental Ray for Maya (Shading & Lighting)

• Image was rendered in a single “Beauty Pass”, no comp is involved

Glasses Personal Art; Software: Photoshop, Autodesk Maya

• Created set light rig to be propagated to other Child shots which participated in this scene • Lit Character (Child shot) - Adjusted this shot to get the same look of the Master Shot • Character was rendered in a single Beauty Pass, therefore most of the adjustments of the character

were done at the shader level/3D-stage

• Created Character light rig for this scene while matching the character’s lighting to the approved set lighting

• Character was rendered in a single Beauty Pass - Adjusted character shaders to get an optimized Beauty Pass so it can be easily propagated to other Child shots

• Lit & matched the Set to the approved light scene rig

• This shot is a Child shot of the above Master shot • As lighting of the Master shot was done with the intention of easy propagation, implementing

the Master light rig for this shot was fairly easy. Special attention was given to details such as eye reflection, Character’s hands, teeth, etc.

• Created Characters’ light rigs & Set light rig for this scene (set lighting is matched to the larger city approved look where this balcony is located)

• Characters were rendered in a single Beauty Pass - Adjusted characters’ shaders to get an optimized Beauty Pass so they can easily be propagated to other Child shots

• Designed the look, mood and colors of the scene working with the art director of the project • Composited CG animation into a live video filmed environment using Shake • Used lighting passes to compose the tanks and helicopter into a coherent and believable scene • Used Shake tracking and stabilizing tools to match the backgrounds into the CG elements

Project XDPS, Israel; Software: Shake

Prime Time, Animated ShortIndependent, Israel; Software: Photoshop, Maya

• Designed the look, feel and colors of the movie. Created light rigs for all different scenes and moods in the movie

• Created the surfacing - shading and texturing for all set and prop elements using Photoshop for textures and Maya Shaders

• Lit most of the shots in the movie using Maya lights and Maya’s render engine • Characters were rendered in a single coherent “Beauty Pass”. No Comp was involved

• Created the”fire light source” rig and the surfacing for the set (fire was added at the Compositing stage)

• Created the “TV light source” rig (cool mood)

• Lit Set & Characters (Candles’ FX composited into the shots by the Compositing Department) Worked with approved color keys and with the Art Director to design the desired look of the set

• This set participated in 2.5 sequences in the movie, which are comprised of approximately 140 shots. As a result of a planned workflow and precise light rig, the propagation process of Master shots to Child shots went smoothly

• Composited 3D passes and RGB lights using Eyeon Digital Fusion

The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything, Animated Feature Film Starz Animation, Canada; Software: Autodesk Maya, Mental Ray, Digital Fusion

• Lit Set & Characters • Worked closely with approved color keys while keeping the designed look and feel of the film • Composited 3D passes of Character & Set using Eyeon Digital Fusion

Everyone’s Hero, Animated Feature Film Starz Animation, Canada; Software: Autodesk Maya, Mental Ray, Digital Fusion

• In all of the shots of ‘Everyone’s Hero’ which are presented in my Showreel, I lit Characters & Sets.In this shot, I lit the two characters, matched them into the approved set lighting
