Delivery, assembly, erection and putting in operation of a complete cement production plant with a capacity of 1.5 Mio

to clinker per year (1.56 Mio TPA cement per year).The Plant will be projected and manufactured from one of the

largest and leading German-Chinese cement plant manufacturers. All parts and equipment are completely new. Design

and layout of the plant is for production of Portland cement, Type 42.5 R/N according CEM I/II - OPC and SRPC. The

dry process is very well known and can be inspected and controlled in many production plants erected by us.

The complete equipment, devices and accessories can be inspected and controlled on site/location of manufacturer

before loading.

Scope of delivery and service:

- Feasibility study (development of cement formula, analysis of raw materials).

- Creating of basic engineering

- Creating of construction (as-built documentation)

- Delivery of the complete plant equipment

- Delivery of automation system

- Delivery of electrical kits

- Delivery of Lab and test engineering station for permanent quality monitoring;

- Shipment and Transportation

- Erection the entire plant on the prepared foundations.

- Taking in function (set and run up) of the entire plant.

- Training of customer’s operating staff

- Hand over operating manuals and trouble shooter guide line

- Two years warranty

- Ten years spare part availability

- On-site service during full time of warranty.

The delivery does not include:

- Civil work

- Raw material and additive stores (roofed and unroofed)

- Any buildings

- Concrete silos

- Groundings and basements

- Entire steel frame work except from equipment erection work

- Lightning protection

Scope of erection:

- Erecting of the entire plant equipment by an experienced erecting team of the plant manufacturer;

- The numbers of engineers and building staff have to be hosted by the purchaser but will be paid by the

seller according the European law rules.

- The erection will be done only in a safe country. In case of erection in an insecure country like IRAQ or

Central African State etc. are higher costs considered according special agreement!

- Therefore has to be verified a separate instalment plan between the parties!

Pricing: net; for Germany additional 19% VAT.

Delivery: free customer’s harbour CIF, sea packed or/and containerized;

Delivery time: 12 months; 36 months till run up;

Payment: before loading, according the following instalment plan:

30% Down payment after signing the contract within 10 days (TT)

30% FOB port of loading first ship by L/C

25% FOB port of loading second ship by L/C

10% after erection by L/C

5% after 1 year production by bank guarantee

Warranty: 2 year full warranty

Reservation of title:until receiving the entire payment. Extended reservation of title is valid.

The offered cement plant has been designed for continuous production of Portland cement according R/N type of 42.5

(CEM I/II) as well as composite cement according the European regulation EN 197-1.
