• Government Furnished Property (GFP) (v5.11.1 April 2018) –capability to generate and validate GFP attachments
• Solicitation (v5.12.0 July 2018) – automated process for capturing/ posting solicitations and managing responses
• Contracting Communication Module (CCM) (v5.12.0 July 2018) – provide a communication closeout process capturing User information, date/ time, and comments

• A secure Web-based system for electronic invoicing, receipt, and acceptance
• Creates a virtual folder to perform a three way match for payment: the Contract, the Invoice, and the Receiving Report
• Provides the technology for Vendors and authorized Government personnel to electronically generate, capture, and process receipt and payment-related documentation

roles across the entire suite– Improves the time it takes for a user to gain access to all the roles in a
more efficient timeline• Web Based Training (WBT) updates for v5.11.1 include new training
