AFFORDABLE HOUSING AT THE Y Affordable housing continues to be one of the biggest challenges facing residents of the North Shore. To meet this need, our Y operates housing facilities in Beverly, Ipswich, Cape Ann and Haverhill, putting a roof over the heads of more than 500 children and adults.

Families and individuals remain strong and viable by reducing the burden of high-rent housing. When you move into a YMCA property you become part of our Y family. The well-bring of our residents is important to us and we work close with them to help them be successful.
