How to Register1. Visit www.ayskids.org/camp to register

online or download the registration packet.

2. Pay a $25 registration fee per camper.

3. Pay a $25 deposit per registered week per camper. The deposit is applied toward each week’s tuition.

Cancellations/Refunds: Registration fees and weekly deposits are non-refundable. The weekly deposit will be applied to the weekly tuition. The remaining balance for the week is due no later than the Friday before the week your child is registered to attend, regardless of attendance.

Cancellations are accepted until May 15. After May 15, cancellation fees will be applied. The cancellation fee is $75 per week per camper.

Financial Assistance: AYS accepts CCDF vouchers and recommends that families who meet the CCDF guidelines apply. AYS offers limited financial assistance through the Ellen Clippinger Financial Assistance Fund on a first-come, first-served basis. Call 317-283-3817 or email [email protected] for more information.

Meet the CampLeadership TeamBrian Nevitt has been with AYS since 2015. He graduated from Marian University with an education degree. Brian is currently the AYS program director at IPS Butler Lab School #60. He has been involved with Camp AYS since 2015. Brian can’t wait for another summer at Camp AYS!

Steve Furlow has worked for AYS from 1995-2001 and 2012-present. He is the assistant director at IPS Butler Lab School #60. Steve has worked at Camp AYS every year since starting and is excited for this summer to get underway!

Ja’da Miller is an AYS lead program assistant at IPS Center For Inquiry School 27. She has worked with children for the past seven years. She has six years of experience being a summer camp counselor and has led multiple summer camps across Indianapolis. Ja’da found her passion for youth work through various programs at her church. Ja’da is thrilled to be a part of Camp AYS!

Camper Essentials- What to BringThe list of items below will help campers have a safe and enjoyable summer at Camp AYS. Please label all items with your child’s name.

Please send the following items EVERY DAY:

• Sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher)• Sack Lunch• Water Bottle• Light Weight Play Clothes• Tennis Shoes (for playground and gym)• Medications (Consent forms/instructions must be on file.)• Optional: Sun Visors, Sunglasses, or Hats, etc.
