You’ve heard everything is BIG in Texas. So is the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians’ (ASIPP®) Annual Meeting 2020. The 22nd Annual Meeting for ASIPP® will be at the Hyatt Regency Dallas,September 4-6, 2020. The theme is ‘Integration of Innovative Approaches’ and is brought to you in collaboration with the Texas Pain Society.

ASIPP always raises the standard for continuing education programs in Interventional Pain Management by offering exciting, educational, and enlightening lectures and panel workshops. This year’s educational events will include practice management, controlled substance management, regenerative medicine, interventional techniques, abstract presentations, a Resident/Fellow section for emergence into practice, and more.

DISTINGUISHED LECTURE SERIES
There are two highly respected Distinguished Lecture Series. The Raj-Racz Distinguished Lecture Series has keynotes from Laxmaiah Manchikanti, MD on excellence in IPM and Konstantin Slavin, MD, PhD on advances in Neuromodulation. The Manchikanti Distinguished Lecture Series is pleased to have keynotes from Robert Laszewski speaking on evolving concepts for the future of health care reform and several representatives from Farragut Partners, one of Washington’s top government relations firms, will speak about the importance of legislative advocacy for our specialty. Joshua Hirsch, MD will do the introduction to the Manchikanti Distinguished Lecture Series. Dr. Hirsch is Vice Chief of Interventional Care, Massachusetts General Hospital and Associate Professor, Harvard Medical School.
KEYNOTE SPEAKERS
Randy Alvarez, founder of The Wellness Hour, begins lectures Thursday morning with the topic of marketing for success in tough times. The Wellness Hour airs each week on TV in approximately 70 million homes Across the United States and Canada, featuring some of the nation’s leading medical doctors, dentists and other licensed health practitioners.
Bret Scher, MD, a low carb cardiologist, will wade through facts and fiction about the use of low carb diets with patients. Investigative journalist Nina Teicholtz will discuss evidence-based dietary guidelines and the role of high fat diets.
Another important topic in pain management protocols is the use of CBD oil. J. Matthew Andry, MD will talk about appropriate uses of CBD oil for chronic pain. And in the times we now live, private practice physicians need help managing their online reputations. Kevin Pho, MD is a widely known expert on helping fellow physicians navigate this ever-evolving landscape. Dr. Pho has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and more.
Regenerative Medicine will also be an important topic during this meeting. Researcher and Professor Arnold Caplan, PhD will discuss MSCs, now called medicinal signaling cells and the latest research on this evolving technology.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians requires a 30-day notice of cancellation. Cancellations must be submit-ted in writing and received by March 3, 2020; however an administrative fee of $100 will be assessed. Cancellations after August 5, 2020, will forfeit 50% of their registration fee. No cancellations made after March 19, 2020, will be refunded.
Refunds will be sent after the conclusion of the meeting. Organizers reserve the right to cancel this meeting and will assume no financial obligation to the registrants for cancellation. Although registration fees will be refunded, costs incurred by the registrant (i.e., airline fees, hotel fees, or penalties) are the responsibility of registrant.
