iPad Citrix Receiver Remote Desktop Setup & Use

Before you use Citrix Receiver remote desktop for the iPad, you
need to make sure you have a BHSF Windows AD login and a
RSA token to connect remotely. The token needs to have been
activated, and assigned a valid pin, on the BHSF Citrix Access
Gateway website. If not, you need to contact your Client
Technology Technician (CTT) or PITC representative to get
setup. Support for iPad is also available on Apple’s website at http://www.apple.com/support/ipad.
First you will need to download the Citrix Receiver app from
the App Store.
1. Open the App Store application
2. Once open, type Citrix in the Search box; from the results,
select Citrix Receiver for iPad.
3. In the Search results screen, tap on the Install button.
The button will change green and state Install App; tap to
begin the download.
4. In the prompt that is displayed, enter the password for the
Apple ID that is associated with the Apple store account
being used to download the application.
5. The download will begin and the application icon will be
displayed in the Home screen. Once complete, the
application called Citrix will be available for use.
Note: Depending on the network connection speed, the
icon may be present in the Home screen but may
state ‘Waiting’ or ‘Loading…’ while displaying a
progress bar during the installation.
To configure the Citrix Receiver for iPad to connect with the
BHSF Citrix Access Gateway (CAG):
1. Open the Citrix application
2. In the ‘Welcome to Citrix Receiver’ screen, tap on the Get
Started link located on the Set up my enterprise app store
section of the screen.
