The photoelectric/ionization smoke detector include a state of the art chamber, provide efficient and accurate detection of fires with a high level of resilience to non-fire environmental influences.

The photo electric heat detector.

Multisensor Detector The five modes provide response behavior which incorporates pure heat detection, pure smoke detection and a combination of both. The multisensor construction is

similar to that of the optical detector but uses a different lid and optical mouldings to accommodate the thermistor temperature sensor. The signals from the optical sensor and the temperature sensor are independent, and represent the smoke level and the air temperature in the vicinity of the detector. The dector’s micro-controller processes the two signals according to the mode selected.

Rotary Melting Furnace The rotary melting furnace is the most flexible and universal design of equipment to recycle aluminum scrap. Due to the nature of its operation all scrap forms can be recycled with good results.

The rotary furnace is rotated by a friction drive wheel system depending upon the size and production requirements. A single door is utilized with either vertical, horizontal rotation

or a pendulum type swing arrangement depending upon the plant layout.

A high efficiency fume extraction system is provided either fixed directly on the furnace which tilts with the furnace and exhausts through a rotary joint or simply by a high level fume collection hood / housing.

Rotary furnaces have been traditionally static but over recent years tilting designs have been

implemented due to the many advantages with regard to reduced cycle times, yields and consumptions.

Dedicated controller for burner control was provided along with furnace door controls and fume treatment system.

Recent developments within the cement industry have seen widespread implementation of computational technologies into the automation of production processes. Many recently built or renovated medium and large-scale cement product lines have adopted Control Systems. The raw mill subsystem and cement mill subsystem can be automatically turned on and off. The temperature and current of the supply oil system of the mill and main equipment are monitored and controlled and can be optimized and adjusted by manipulating the parameters. The vertical kiln subsystem comprises the equipment on/off monitor of the vertical kiln product line, automatically watering in raw mill to form ball, fire-offset automatic correction and vertical kiln calcimining process smart control, etc.

Integrated control of the wet mill and the coal mill has been realized in the rotary kiln subsystem. Simultaneous monitoring and control of the equipment, production and energy consumption of the rotary kiln product line can be partially automated.

The distribution subsystem mainly inspects the operation of the transformers and large-scale hosts in all

distribution rooms and generates a record.
