We are pleased to invite you and your colleagues to attend the AIS Education Research Symposium: Where Research Meets Practice on Tuesday, 20 th October 2015 at WatervieW in Sydney’s Bicentennial Park. The focus of the Symposium is to: report on education research and findings share education research and experiences learn from one another examine best practices in education and education research positively impact educational practice within and beyond the independent sector. Presentations will be varied and include: The launch of a comprehensive literature review from the AIS Education Research Council commissioned project Primary Science and Technology: Towards Richer Teaching and Learning, being undertaken by Professor Peter Aubusson and the research team at the University of Technology, Sydney. School Based Research Project teams reporting on their progress. Learning circles’ focusing on topical issues at the intersection of research and practice.
