A forum for finance directors and audit committee chairs of quoted companies to come together to discuss important issues.

The London Stock Exchange and Mazars have collaborated to offer quoted companies a forum to discuss solutions to issues which are affecting you now and to help prepare for what’s on the horizon. In addition to peer discussion, we will hear from experts on a wide range of strategic financial issues that affect your business.

Led by organisations with deep market knowledge and insight, this independent forum will facilitate structured discussions to share ideas and experience. The events will function through roundtable discussions over dinner and meetings will be held under the Chatham House Rule to encourage open, lively and frank discussion. An anonymised debrief document will be circulated after each set of discussions.

The forum is open to finance directors and audit committee chairs of all quoted companies, with particular relevancy to those at FTSE SmallCap, FTSE Fledgling and AIM quoted companies.
