HORECA Trade was set-up in the UAE as a
dedicated foodservice distributor and was acquired
100% by Bidvest Group in 2005
Bidvest & “Fattal Group” established a
foodservice arm in Lebanon under the name of
F&B Partners . This is a joint venture with 50%
ownership to Bidvest
Al Diyafa was set up from greenfield to cover the
foodservice of Saudi Arabia. Al Diyafa is 65% owned
by Bidvest and 35% by United Group.

2013
Bidvest ME expanded HORECA into Bahrain and
Oman covering the Foodservice channel. Bidvest own
100% of HORECA Oman and 65% of HORECA
Bahrain as It is an extension of Al Diyafa.
