5. How long is the investor offer valid? The investor offer is valid till 31st July 2015.
6. Are the sizes of the apartments subject to change? The sizes mentioned in this offer document are indicative and subject
to the approval of local planning authorities. There is a possibility of a ±15% variation in the sizes proposed in this document. In case the size of the apartment increases the investor will be asked to pay the balance amount at the investor rate. If the sizes decrease Expat Projects Bangalore Holdings Pvt. Ltd. will refund the balance amount with a 12% interest.

15. What are the current property prices in the vicinity? Please refer page 5.
16. Can the property be resold, is there a lock-in period and what are the transfer charges? Yes, the property can be re-sold by the investor. Resale for investor can only take place after 6 months after the launch of the project. The transfer charges will be `75/- per sq.ft. The First right of refusal lies with Expat.
17. Can I resell the property without registering the same? Yes, the property can be resold without registration. However
transfer fee as mentioned above will be applicable till the property is registered.
18. Will Expat help me to re-sell the property? Yes, Expat can help the Investor to re-sell the property after 6 months
of getting the building approvals, subject to market conditions. Expat will charge the investor a 3% brokerage for the re-sale.
19. When is the entire project expected to be completed? The entire project is being developed in phases and is estimated to
be completed by December, 2019.
20. In lieu of my investment what documents will I get from Expat? You will get a letter of intent and receipts in lieu of the payments
made.
21. Is there a penalty liable on the developer if the apartments committed to the investor are not delivered on time The developer will be given an additional 6 months as grace period, following which a penalty rental of `3 per square foot of the apartment area will be paid to the investor every month.
22. Who are the people involved in developing this project? Expat group of companies will be developing this project.
