The National Food Production Action Plan 2012-2015 provides for a unifieddirection,aligningresourceswithnationalprioritieswhilecreatingaplatformfortheGovernmentandprivatesectortoventureintostrategicpartnershipstoeffectivelymobilizeandutilizeavailablelandandmarineresources,labour,humanresourcesandtechnology.
Therefore, the Plan clearly outlines the investment opportunities in the sector,providingaplatformforentrepreneurstoactivelyparticipate in thedevelopmentof a sector with the potential to extend into national, economical and socialdevelopment.
