Have you ever wanted to achieve something, but failed to get the results

you were hoping for?


Goals, Aspirations, Resolutions..


Have you ever been through training,

read a book, or started a program and

then failed to follow through?


Think of one example.


Do you ever wish you had a better relationship with someone in your life?


Professional relationships?


So what is stopping us?


Goals often elude us because we are more focused on the goal itself, rather then the

actions required to achieve results.


Goals give us focus, direction, and something to

look forward to.


However, goals alone are not the answer.


Goals are great, but clearly over rated -

Real leaders set standards.

Goals vs. Standards


Goals: The state of affairs that a plan is intended to achieve and that

(when achieved) terminates behavior intended to achieve it; “The ends justify the means”.


Standards: Those morals, ethics, habits, etc., established by authority, custom or an individual as

acceptable.

Friends, Family, Helpful People, have good intentions.


When you raise your standards, you are automatically changing the boundaries you set with

your peer group.


Even people who love and care about you can on some level be scared of your growth.

They want you to stay at the same level,right there next to them.


Change =Problems = Growth


So what do you need?


Focus, Accountability, Sustainability, Commitment, Encouragement,

Follow Through.

COACHES don’t cop out, they live it, they do it

everyday it is their job.


They hold you accountable in an elegant, supportive way.


Coaches are people who hold themselves to a higher standard, and help people to do to the same.

Your success truly is their success.
