The initial stage CC charges the battery with a constant current till a voltage of 2,4V / element is reached (the time taken to reach this voltage is read by the microprocessor as T1)
The second stage CV charges the battery with a constant voltage of 2,4V / element for the time calculated by the microprocessor (T1 x 10). This time can’t exceed 12hours
If the battery
charger keeps this kind of recharging for 10 days, the microprocessor will start a new charging cycle

1. Assicurarsi che l’interruttore sia in posizione OFF “0”;2.
Collegamenti
Connections
1. Make sure that the switch is set in OFF “0”;2. Connect the battery (ies) respecting the polarities
If used with mains present, for the correct recharge of the batteries, select the type of batteries connected to the selector (see 8 page 10). Moreover select the recharging current with trimmer 12 considering as correct recharging current about 1/10 of the capacity of the batteries connected. Ex. KSTA3000S-24 with 2 batteries in series of 12Vac 200Ah each = 24Vdc 200Ah ideal recharging power 200/10 = 20A of recharge. Trimmer N.12 set in 50% since the rated recharging current of the Inverter is 45A (to pro-gram the recharging current see the chart about recharging currents at page 7).
Use the kit of battery cables supplied (the possible modification of the cables can cause a loss of power, use cables with an appropriate section).
ATTENTION! Respect the polarities. The positioning of a battery fuse is suggested (see recommended values chart page 8).If there is a battery fuse, let it open and connect it to the batteries
ATTENTION! Do not tighten excessively the fastening cable screws on the input batteries terminals of the Inverter. 3. Connect the input 230Vac (if in the system is used an input network or another source 230Vac) to the
terminals respecting F – N and the ground connection. This procedure must be done with the Inverter completely turned off with the battery fuse open
4. Connect the load to the output using a terminal block or a schuko socket. Insert the battery fuse (sug-gested) if a terminal block is used; Make sure that the load power is not higher than the rated output of the Inverter.
