I’m not a qualified Practitioner, could I still sell and recommend the product?

Anyone who has had BioCeuticals® training in store can recommend the product, however there must be a consultation between the Pharmacist and the customer before the transaction is put through.

Do the products need to be labelled?

Yes once the consultation has taken place there must be a label put on the product (same as the label that would be put on a Pharmacist Only product)

Who do I contact for naturopath, or store training?

Your BioCeuticals® representative would be more than happy to organise this for you

Why can’t customers purchase BioCeuticals® from the shelf?

BioCeuticals® products are unique, innovative and contain highly effective formulations. It is important that we, as professional healthcare discuss if this product is right for the customer before a purchase is made.

Why are the BioCeuticals® products at a higher price point than others?

BioCeuticals® heavily invests in research to produce high quality products. Some products have a higher potency than others (e.g. Vitamin D3 drops) and others have a novel delivery system (e.g. Coq10 Tablets) hence they may cost a bit more.

Why do you have to label the products?

This is our way of personalising the medicine we give you and ensuring it is tailored to your dosage needs. It also allows us to have a record of what you last got so we can assist you for your next purchase if needed.

Why are these products kept behind the counter?

These products are designated practitioner only and must be recommended and/or dispensed by a Qualified HealthCare Professional hence they are kept out of reach of the public to avoid ‘self selection’. Due to the nature of these products to achieve the optimal outcome a consultation needs to occur.

How come I can get these at the Pharmacy if no naturopath works here?

These products are able to be dispensed by other Healthcare Professionals as long as they have undertaken the appropriate training. Our Pharmacist have undergone the training to provide these products.

Why are BioCeuticals® fish oils so much more expensive than the bulk packs I can buy?

BioCeuticals® fish oils are manufactured to the highest purification standards and are very stringent. They concentrate and deodorise their fish oils and monitor oxidant levels and heavy metal / pesticide residue to ensure they are within acceptable limits. The fish they use are also from a sustainable source. Bioceutical’s fish oil capsules are vanilla dusted and enteric coated to enhance customer compliance.

What do I do if I get a BioCeuticals® product on script?

Proceed as normal and give to the Pharmacist to process. This way the product will be labelled and there will be a record of the prescribing Doctor or HealthCare Practitioner.
