Non-Integrated System are separate pieces of software..means if a student name is entered in Fees Management Systemthen you also need to feed it again for the Attendence System and then this exercise will be repeated for Result & Markssheet, ICards Generation System….and so on. this may lead many problems of data inconsistency.

The SolutionIn the Integration System..you have to enter a student name once...which will be integrated called by all sub software like fees management, Attendance, transport, Syllabus, homework.. Marksheet, ICards...and all. No chance of Data Inconsistency... means if you change that student name...this will also effect all other sub-software...
