The Definitions of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

Physics – the basics of all sciences. It studies matter, forces, energy, motion, composition of atoms, light, sound, and heat.

Chemistry – the study of all substances. It’s a study of the properties of matter, how atoms combine into molecules, and how molecules are combined to form matter.

Biology – the study all of live, from cells development into tissues and organisms to the changes that occur in organisms over period of time. It deals with living things, plants, and animals.

Importance of PhysicsAs we can see, physics supports chemistry, and

chemistry supports biology. It is why physics is considered to be the basic of all sciences.
