BRAT diet – bananas, rice, applesauce, toast

–Low fiber foods- white breads, pastas, or rice, cooked/canned fruits or vegetables without seeds/skins–Tender/soft cooked meats–Foods with reduced fats and sugar–8-10 cups of hydrating fluid
