Structured Day Programmes

These are structured sessions, in a group setting which run on a regular basis in the community.

They aim to provide aftercare for those clients who have achieved abstinence and want support in maintaining it, as well as assisting in relapse prevention.

A good follow up option for those leaving detox/rehab or those who have been stable for a while and shown commitment to their treatment plan.

Aim to build skills in problem solving, motivation, stress management, self efficacy, social support and communication.

Current groups include: Process group, Managing Me, Assertiveness, My Map of the World (self exploration and values) and drug/alcohol knowledge groups.
