Overview

• CapitalSpring SBLC (“CS SBLC”) is a direct SBA 7(a) lender, providing loans to small businesses across the country. The company is based in Dallas, Texas and operates nationally.

• CS SBLC was formed in Spring, 2011 when CapitalSpring Finance Company acquired an SBLC license. The transfer was approved a year later and the platform became active at the beginning of 2013.

• CS SBLC completed loans in the professional practices; hotels; restaurants; dealerships; automotive aftermarket; health clubs; and other markets.

• CS SBLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CapitalSpring Finance Company, a privately-held specialty finance company.
