This project is funded by Brussels Environment and managed by the Brussels Waste Network.
Reducing food waste has been on MPI’s agenda since 2009. Back then, we took – together with ACEA and EMA Society- the initiative to launch the “Don’t spoil the party” Campaign.

To better manage the catering issues related to your events :
- How to better plan your events with regards to the food waste issue ?
- How to manage leftovers ?- How to manage organic waste ? - How to give a second life to part of your organic waste ?
Saying goodbye to food waste, is it actually possible ?
How can you work on the food waste issue during every step of an event

Mushrooms grow on a substrate made from sawdust and mycelium. Everything is certified organic.
In the kit : a substrate bag, complete instructions, a little spray and a storage bag
Up to 600 grams spread over 2 to 3 crops !
