Valerie is a respected and

published leader coach who

Mark Brown

Works with executives who are

striving to become more

effective leaders. Since 1996 he

has worked in leadership

development and executive

education across Europe, Asia,

and the Americas.

He is currently director of a

Portuguese company providing

leadership development and

executive coaching to

multinational executives

worldwide.

Trained as an economist, Mark

began his career as a financial

analyst for Exxon Corporation.

He and his wife Margaret

moved to Slovakia in 1994 and

worked in Eastern Europe for

eight years, designing and

delivering management

programs for KPMG in Slovakia,

Hungary, Poland and Russia.

Mark taught international

economics and graduate

business courses at Solvay

Business School and Boston

University Graduate Center,

both in Brussels. While living in

Belgium he also led numerous

workshops for the European

Commission and the European

Parliament.

Since 2003 Mark has worked

extensively with clients active in

management consulting,

shipping, energy, financial

services, manufacturing and

technology.

Mark holds an MBA from Solvay

Business School, an MA in

economics from SAIS-Johns

Hopkins, a diploma from the

Universidad de Belgrano in

Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a

BA from the University of

Florida. He holds a PCC

(ICF) and is a member of the

Riham Helmy

Riham is an entrepreneur herself

and has more than 20 years of

experience in the training and

coaching industries. Based on

trainers and teachers adhere to

international teaching

standards. She specifically
