Our experience of applying for European and National Government grants allows us to help you optimise applications with respect to programme rules and selection criteria. RDJ Consultants' Funding Menu RDJ Consultants offer individualised packages of support for the identification and negotiation of Regional & UK government, Lottery and European Union grants and funds. Clients are able to choose from the following menu of services: Investigation of possible funding and match funding sources for specific client projects; Assessment of funding potential, with pro-active identification of specific opportunities; Information seminars and workshops to inform organisations of the opportunities and requirements for submitting successful proposals; Assistance in the design of your project. This can ensure maximum alignment between the project and the guidelines and regulations of the funding source; Regional National and Transnational Partnership Building, advice and formation; Preparation and submission of the application proposal ensuring inclusion of all the information which the grant-giving body needs to assess the viability of the project; Checking proposals against funding guidelines' aims and scoring criteria where available; Follow up support including assistance with funding bodies & assistance with grant claims. Project Management Management of grant-funded projects is a time consuming process, particularly if there are several partners. RDJ Consultants can assist you with the development of projects to satisfy the relevant programme's rules and regulations including: project planning, business planning, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, transnational arrangements. Advice can also be provided on the strategic and operational planning of projects. RDJ Consultants can assist with the management and administrative tasks for running grant funded projects, to leave you free to concentrate on the technical side. Project management is an eligible sub contract in many programmes. • Undertaking the administration and management of independent and collaborative projects, including the preparation of

interim reports and claims. We will assist with the monitoring and evaluation of projects to give early warning of any potential problems.

• Providing project management and co-ordination of UK and European Union funded projects Broadband, e-Government, e-Ten, FP7, INTERREG, LIFE+, Environment, NGfL, Objective 2, Objective 3, SMART, etc.

• Advising on business planning, strategic and operational planning and tendering issues. • Designing monitoring and evaluation systems for internal and external project controls. • Development of Exploitation and Dissemination of Information Strategies.
