Funding Experience European funding gained for RDJ Consultants’ clients has had an application success rate of 100% on all applications in excess of €150,000, including £5.3 million for the (NGfL) East Midlands Broadband Consortium. Project Management Management of grant-funded projects is a time consuming process, particularly if there are several partners. RDJ Consultants can assist you with the development of projects to satisfy the relevant programme's rules and regulations including: project planning, business planning, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, transnational arrangements. Advice can also be provided on the strategic and operational planning of projects. RDJ Consultants can assist with the management and administrative tasks for running grant funded projects, to leave you free to concentrate on the technical side. Project management is an eligible sub contract in many programmes. • Undertaking the administration and management of independent and collaborative projects, including the preparation of

interim reports and claims. We will assist with the monitoring and evaluation of projects to give early warning of any potential problems.
