MANCOSA Leadership Development Programme (LDP) | October 2014 | Durban – South Africa
INTRODUCTION____________________________________________________
PROGRAMME RATIONALE__________________________________________
Participants are invited to explore the dynamics of leadership - its foundations,
variations and complexity. The programme will encourage delegates to engage and
will challenge their conceptions of leadership. By reflecting on their experiences,
delegates will begin to analyse and develop their leadership strengths and
weaknesses, guiding them to make sound strategic and management decisions.
1
Corporates are no longer in favour of the traditional leadership programmes offered
by business schools and require managers and executives to attend programmes
that are stimulating and out of the ordinary. While being firmly rooted in sound
contemporary research by leading thinkers in the world, MANCOSA’S LDP offers
delegates an opportunity to experience a profound personal and leadership
transformation. I t's never too late to learn, change or find your passion.
