Of the many contract quality
services required to design,
construct, and operate a major
facility, International Quality
Consultants, Inc. recognizes that
having a reliable supplementary
source of qualified inspection personnel is among the most
important needs of a utility. Properly selected and deployed,
inspection support personnel contribute a great deal to maintaining
the continuity of the quality program effort through unforeseen or
unavoidable workload peaks.
IQC, Inc. provides our clientele with an outstanding core of quality
support personnel who will help maintain the integrity of each
assigned plant. Though only part-time, many of our inspectors end
up feeling like part of the utility’s team through personable skills and
the pride to help maintain and improve a plant’s operability. Many
contracting firms only look to fill a position based on a resume and
quota, with no interest in who they are hiring for their clientele.
This only causes incidents of poor inspections, poor work ethic,
“bail outs”, and early exits from a position. IQC, Inc. looks to
provide personnel who are reliable, loyal and trustworthy, along
with a strong inspection background.

International Quality
Consultants, Inc.’s auditing
program provides the in-depth
review necessary to assure
arrival at the root cause of
Quality Assurance/Quality
Control problems. International
Quality Consultants, Inc.
Auditors are trained to provide
you with a deeper look at the
program. “Canned audit checklists” are discouraged
and replaced with custom prepared audit checklists
covering the exact audit area. Instead of getting a
general outline report, International Quality
Consultants, Inc. supplies a thorough audit report
containing checklists, audit findings, concerns, general
discussion on the overall program, and
recommendations for improvement. Quality System
Audits include:
· RAB / ISO9001
· ASME/NQA-1
· 10CFR50 Appendix B
· ISO/TS 16949 / QS9000
· Supplier Audits
· Internal Audits
Physical and financial capabilities are established
independently, based upon objective observation and
questioning, and later synthesized into a composite
evaluation. The criteria for capabilities evaluation
results from a personal visit to a proposed vendor’s
facility, where the lead auditor:
· Evaluates plant equipment
· Interviews personnel
· Reviews organization and procedures
· Investigates financial data
· Obtains references
· Formulates data, evaluates data, and offers
final recommendations to our clients.

QA PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Development of a Quality Management System
begins with a general understanding of the
customer’s operation. Developing a Quality system may
be accomplished by observing the operation, visiting the
plant or facility, reviewing specifications and other
materials, understanding the project goals and
organization. International Quality Consultants, Inc. uses
our knowledge of the product/service to develop a
preliminary outline of the basic Quality System. We will
develop policies and procedures that will reflect the
required specifications, National and International codes
and standard requirements consistent with the customer’s
need. Programs are written to comply with Federal
Regulations, Nationally Recognized Standards, and the
customer’s specifications.
