Order API

Designed for direct integration with customer CRM and ordering systems. Order API is a highly scalable SOAP API which provides customers who have software development capability a way of integrating their business process directly into ours. Available to direct customers of Nuvias UC only, this API provides all the functionality required to place, track and query orders for Nuvias products and services. Secure, performance and scalable the API offers the most powerful and engaging way of interacting with Nuvias.

Hub

The Nuvias customer interaction portal that not only provides you with a web based system for placing and querying orders, but through its multi-tier and brand-aware architecture allows you to offer the functionality direct to your customers under your own brand. Designed and built by Nuvias itself, Hub is ideal for customers who can’t currently build their own purchasing site for their customers but still wants to offer the latest in secure and user-friendly web based purchasing.

Dovetail

A suite of tools created to address issues that Nuvias customers have been experiencing in deploying and supporting CPE attached to their services. Dovetail provides a range of functionality covering all aspects of deployment from Pre-deployment network assessments to asses readiness for UC service deployment through zero touch device configuration and full lifecycle management and support of your estate of deployed assets including diagnostic information gathering. Platform agnostic, Dovetail supports a wide range of CPE vendors including Polycom, Yealink, Audiocodes (including MSBR, gateways and MediaPacks), Snom and Panasonic.

Adapt

A custom built framework created by Nuvias to simplify the process of migrating between platforms. Modular and flexible, the adapt framework is used by our skilled engineers to simplify and accelerate the process of migrating your customer data between platforms and also has the capability of generating per-user custom instruction manuals.

Facilitated by Nuvias Capital, the payment models allow you to offer a single contract to your customers allowing them to pay for the service over the length of the contract, rather than upfront payment terms.
