Permaculture-Certified Pathways teacher.

Permaculture and Regenerative Solutions Course Cluster:

When taken through Pathways Academy,these courses are available to BC students in

Grades 10-12 at no cost to the student.

• Permaculture Foundations (12 credits)

• Permaculture Specialization (2-4 credits each)

• Permaculture Project (4 credits)

• Permaculture Certification (standard and advanced)

Permaculture Foundations (12 credits)

• An intense course providing a broad, integrated overview of permaculture philosophy and ethics, and an introduction to a multitude of regenerative solutions and strategies.

• Though this is an intensive course, engaged students of any learning style can find success.

• A good internet connection is required.

Permaculture Specializations (2 - 4 credits each)

Provides students with opportunity to delve deeply into specific areas of

permaculture/regenerative interest.

Permaculture Project (4 credits)

Provides students with opportunity to apply the broad range of their learning in a personalized

setting. The Permaculture Project may be taken after or concurrently with Permaculture

Foundations.

Permaculture Certification

To receive advanced permaculture certification, students must successfully complete a minimum

of 20 credits including:• Permaculture Foundations• Permaculture Specializations (one or more)• Permaculture Project
