24/7 Connection For The Member
A member activated her button because her power was out and she was concerned about her oxygen tank. The CST Care Center Representative was able to determine the estimated restoral time was 4 hours later. The member was concerned she would run out of oxygen within 30 minutes. Emergency services were dispatched for immediate oxygen assistance, power restoral and the electric company was contacted to escalate her.

A member activated their device to obtain transportation to an upcoming appointment. The CST Care Center Representative scheduled pickup from the health plan preferred transportation provider and notified member of pick up time.
