Why did you leave your job?

In the last years my Company faced the Financial Crisis, like other banks in my country and around the World,so there were many people who have lost their jobs and were unable to pay the debts , and this situation leads to a decrease of Bank profitability and there for a reorganize of all the activity was necessary .

So they started to outsource many services and training activity was among those affected by the reorganization, because they considered there were not enough funds to invest in education so that , for a period of time they will seek for others company services only temporarily and sporadic.

They announced us and I decided to leave and to take my time to search for an international job which I considered the best option for me now, because I love to educate and I consider myself to be a good trainer/teacher.

I like clear, transparent communication and I am a very direct person, I believe in clarity and I like consistency.(consecventa)

I am motivated by challenge, seeking out new clients, growing my department and when I feel like I have done a good job using all my talents.

I have to be sure that I know everything there is to know about the course I am going to teach.

When we talk about motivation there are two parts/components, there is a personal motivation, when the other acknowledge your contribution in their personal development, their level of self confidence, self esteem, self motivation, and due to the information they do have learned they are able to improve their work , to implement all they have learned in their activity and this will lead to company profit.

I was responsible for several projects where I directed development teams and implemented repeatable processes. The teams achieved 100% on-time delivery of software products. I was motivated both by the challenge of finishing the projects ahead of schedule and by managing the teams that achieved our goals.

I've always been motivated by the desire to do a good job at whatever position I'm in. I want to excel and to be successful in my job, both for my own personal satisfaction and for my employer.

I have always wanted to ensure that my company's clients get the best customer service I can provide. I've always felt that it's important, both to me personally, and for the company and the clients, to provide a positive customer experience.

I have spent my career in sales, typically in commission-based positions, and compensation has always been a strong factor in motivating me to be the top salesperson at my prior employers.

8. What are your weaknesses?

Sometimes , my approach didn’t work out as I expected and maybe I wasn’t enough resistance, but I was adaptable and I took steps, in order to adapt myself and sometimes is easy to handle this difficult situation without getting disappointed.

Other times when I was a team leader, my team considered I was pretty demanding and tend to drive them pretty hard,but I have taken steps to combat that approach.

8. What are your expectation about salary.

Even though I consider is too early to discuss about that aspect

I am realistic about the salary and I know the is a minimum and a maximum for this role and my desire is first of all to bring my contribution and my professional experience in the Company, to add value to the employee through my work and to be properly assessed ./Appraised accordingly

What major challenges and problems did you face?

Over the time the Company has changed often the software, the procedures and regulations, and I had to learn very quickly the new software , to be able to serve the clients and to fulfill my duties.

Sometimes the software did not work, or worked badly and I had to spend overtime to finish my work,

Another time the clients were dissatisfied an I had to explain patiently and in a diplomatic manner that we have a temporary problem and we do our best to solve it.

How can you improve the number of clients?

I first define needs and decide the best alternative for the clients and the bank.I promote the bank products and services in a language and style that will help him decide.Develop alternatives and decide which alternative is the best , whether the decision is better.You need to have the ability to negotiate, to prove you are the best and you will rapidly reduce the client’ s costs.

How do you deal with difficult people? The key to solve a serious problem is the flexibility to detect and solve any problems always taking into consideration both the customer and the company.To cooperate, to communicate, to be calm and balanced.

What have I learned from my mistakes I can give an example to turn a negative into positive.I think one of the most important things I have learned is persistence.Not to give up too soon, because the solution is probably there, right in front of you.I have learned to give every person a second chance, because first impression can often be misleading (derutant, induce in eroare)I used to think that there was one of the best solution to a problem, but I ‘ve learned that kind of thinking limits the possibility of great success.

How did you handle a challenge

I’ve identified the issue and find a solution. During a difficult financial period , I was able to negotiate a lot of contract and I met the targets set by the company. When the software development of our new product stalled , I coordinated the team which managed to get the schedule back on track.

We were able to successfully troubleshoot the issues and solve the problems within a very short period of time.

A long term client was about to take their business to a competitor. I met with the customer and I was able to change how handled the account on a day –to-day basis, in order to keep the business.

The key to solve a serious problem is the flexibility to detect and solve any problem always taking into consideration both the customer and the company interest.

How do you handle stress

Over the years I always successfully managed stress because my work was difficult and I have been in a difficult situation and often with angry customers, or colleagues or computer application problems, but I was able to manage the situations because I am very calm and tempered person, wise enough and well prepared.

Stress is very important for me. With stress, I do the best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.I react to situations, rather than to stress. That way, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful.I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment.From a personal perspective, I manage stress by visiting the gym every evening. It's a great stress reducer.Prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done when, has helped me effectively manage pressure on the job.If the people I am managing are contributing to my stress level, I discuss options for better handling difficult situations with them. I find that when I'm under the pressure of a deadline, I can do some of my most creative work.I'm not a person who has a difficult time with stress.
