It is mostly because of your continued contributions and commitment to excellence that the future for all of us at Donnelly is as promising as ever. Donnelly Goes Global By Dennis McMaster, President and COO Donnelly will always have clients that choose U.S. based services. In fact, for 34 years Donnelly only offered U.S. based contact center services to its clients and has employed thousands of Americans during this time. However, our wholly domestic approach changed in 2015 when a key client challenged us with cutting their contact center budget by a whopping 25%! After considering our client’s challenge, we concluded that our best option to retain their business was to move some of the work to a near shore facility with lower cost points. In July 2015, we went live in the Dominican Republic with a team of 18 - which allowed us to meet the client’s cost-cutting objectives. Fast forward one year later, and Donnelly is running into a similar challenge but on a much larger scale. Companies of all types and sizes, including our clients and prospects, are forced to consider alternatives in response to escalating costs in healthcare, labor, and operating expenses here in the U.S. Recently, Donnelly introduced Global Touch 360, a sensible alternative to other offshore or near shore models found in the marketplace. The key to our model is our Atlanta- based Program Control Center, a domestic laboratory that leverages a control group of CSP’s in Atlanta, tightly coupled with a larger scale operation in near shore locations, such as the Dominican Republic and Guyana. For our employees, Global Touch 360 provides tremendous opportunities for growth and career advancement! Donnelly can now pursue larger clients, thereby expanding our potential market and spurring our growth both domestically and abroad. Control center specialists will serve customers and participate in process design and improvements. Our employees are able to participate in and obtain valuable experience with a global operation. Many team members, especially those in support roles, will have the opportunity to travel abroad on business while supporting our Global Touch 360 initiative. The addition of Global Touch 360 positions Donnelly to compete for U.S. and global opportunities at a higher level than ever before. It is mostly because of your continued contributions and commitment to excellence that the future for all of us at Donnelly is as promising as ever.

Donnelly Goes Global By Dennis McMaster, President and COO

Donnelly will always have clients that choose U.S. based services. In fact, for 34 years Donnelly only offered U.S.

based contact center services to its clients and has employed thousands of Americans during this time. However,

our wholly domestic approach changed in 2015 when a key client challenged us with cutting their contact center

budget by a whopping 25%! After considering our client’s challenge, we concluded that our best option to retain

their business was to move some of the work to a near shore facility with lower cost points. In July 2015, we went

live in the Dominican Republic with a team of 18 - which allowed us to meet the client’s cost-cutting objectives.

Fast forward one year later, and Donnelly is running into a similar

challenge but on a much larger scale. Companies of all types and

sizes, including our clients and prospects, are forced to consider

alternatives in response to escalating costs in healthcare, labor,

and operating expenses here in the U.S.

Recently, Donnelly introduced Global Touch 360, a sensible

alternative to other offshore or near shore models found in the marketplace. The key to our model is our Atlanta-

based Program Control Center, a domestic laboratory that leverages a control group of CSP’s in Atlanta, tightly

coupled with a larger scale operation in near shore locations, such as the Dominican Republic and Guyana.

For our employees, Global Touch 360 provides tremendous opportunities for growth and career advancement!

Donnelly can now pursue larger clients, thereby expanding our potential

market and spurring our growth both domestically and abroad.

Control center specialists will serve customers and participate in process

design and improvements.

Our employees are able to participate in and obtain valuable experience

with a global operation.

Many team members, especially those in support roles, will have the

opportunity to travel abroad on business while supporting our Global Touch 360 initiative.

The addition of Global Touch 360 positions Donnelly to compete for U.S. and global opportunities at a higher level

than ever before. But, it is mostly because of your continued contributions and commitment to excellence that the

future for all of us at Donnelly is as promising as ever.

When I’m not at Donnelly, I’m most likely “with family.”

Sheila Anderson – Excellence Sheila is so passionate about her work. The excitement on her face when she talks about customer service and Quality Assurance is refreshing! I love her energy and she motivates me to do my best for our customers. Thank You Sheila! Tiera Thomas Elaine Lumpkin - Teamwork “Ms. Lumpkin is our favorite front desk lady. She is not only seen manning the receptionist's desk on the 7th floor. She is also seen tidying up the break rooms and even taking calls like the rest of us. She puts in a lot of effort and can definitely rack up those extra hours. Ms. Lumpkin is truly a valuable team player at Donnelly!” Marie Garcia

Martez Dukes – Excellence, Respect “Martez does a terrific job keeping our office, break rooms, and restrooms clean. Thanks for all of your hard work and assistance preparing the office for the SOCAP event and cleaning up afterwards!” Kathy Bryan

Cheryl Simpson – Leadership “Cheryl Simpson is a breath of fresh air. Though I haven't been at Donnelly very long, I can truly say that the way a person greets, assists, lending a helping hand, all with a smile, says to me that a leader is present. There's an old adage which says the greater of you shall be the servant you. Cheryl's leadership ignites in her light by displaying a consistent B-Attitude. You never know why you cross paths in the lives of others but what we can learn is the lesson of how that person made us feel along the way. A lasting effect is to be able to carry on the torch of love knowing that someone has displayed and set the course of action through leadership. We must continue to allow others to praise our good works that the humility of greatness in our character will stand firm with all its might and lead the way to fulfill God’s purpose for the enrichment of man.” – Love Miray Newgo

Sean Ilenrey - Leadership “Sean is amazing. He is always available if you need an ear and he is someone who truly cares about how you are doing or feeling. He is a great example and mentor for Donnelly and I feel we are all truly lucky to have someone like Sean!” Tiera Thomas

Ron Hill – Teamwork, Integrity “Ron is always willing to pitch in and help out even if it means extra work. Ron dismantled all the workstations in the Cumberland 6th floor conference room so we could hold the SOCAP event on November 10. After the event was over Ron put all the workstations back in place. That is a team player!” Kathy Bryan

Nickolas Mason, Joshua Lettsome, Crystal Bennett - Teamwork “Nickolas, Joshua, and Crystal are our new seasonal team leads. Since beginning, they have been doing an exceptional job in the floor. The agents, leads and Team Managers are all so very appreciative of them for stepping in and stepping up! Excellent job guys!” Shari Ramsey

Elaine Lumpkin - Excellence “Elaine goes the extra mile to ensure many details are completed for client and prospect visits. Thank you Elaine for always helping Donnelly to shine for our many visitors!” Kathy Bryan

Khareem Mitchell - Excellence “Khareem has been my Recruitment Rock Star during 4th quarter. We've had to hire 200+ people, and no matter what changes have been thrown at us as far as headcount or schedules, Khareem never loses his positive attitude. He IS Excellence.” Danna Nordin

Hidden Talents at Donnelly Communications By Danna Nordin, Director of HR

Aletaia Myrie, Singer and Songwriter

Our fourth quarter focus at Donnelly is Spiritual and Emotional Well-Being, and part of what makes us emotionally healthy is doing what we love, like Aletaia Myrie. She has worked for Donnelly for over 4 years and has been part of the Utility Training & QA team for the past two years. Aletaia first discovered she enjoyed sing at about 5 years old. She would sing around the house and in a children’s choir at church. In middle school and high school, she participated in some talent shows and won first place. She was selected to sing the national anthem for her high school graduation.

After high school, Aletaia sang background for some local artists, as well as with groups and choirs. She writes all of her own songs, and her latest song, “Pursue your Dream,” is her first original released to all digital outlets. It can be purchased on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, etc.

Aletaia also enjoys creating original t-shirts, business cards, banners, and other promotional items, but it’s more of a hobby in support of her career. Her favorite type of entertainment is attending live concerts and performing live. Her biggest struggles have been financial. Lack of money is a big hurdle to producing and releasing music. It’s very easy for her to juggle singing with Donnelly. Singing is her therapy, and Aletaia can always find time to sing. It’s her social life as well as her budding career.

Aletaia grew up in South Bend, Indiana and moved to Connecticut during middle school. She then finished high school and started college in California, arriving in Atlanta in 2009 to complete her business management degree. She has three sisters and two brothers and enjoyed growing up in a big family. Her mother was her biggest mentor; she encouraged her to write music and was supportive of her singing. Along the way, she had pastors who guided her in finding her inner gifts. They encouraged her to hold onto her faith.

Aletaia’s ultimate goal is to open up her own business, a music lounge. She wants to provide a platform for other artists with live music and great food. Entertainment is always popular, no matter what economic hardships people are going through. Aletaia believes that entertainment gives people a sense of hope and provides therapy.
