• One on one – A standard interview between 2 people.• Group interview – An interview where there are more
than one interviewee. This gives a more fair view of the candidates.
• Audition interview – An interview in which the company would want to see the candidate in action before being hired. This shows the candidates skills and potential.
• Tag team interview – This is quite a popular style for companies to use. This is where there is a group of candidates and get set a task that relies on co-operation.
• Panel interview – The candidate gets put in front of a panel of interviewers. This is so there is more than one opinion to make the decision.

• Computer interview – This is a modern form of interview, it is where the candidate and the interviewer have an interview over the internet via webcam.
• Telephone interview – This is where the interviewer and candidate talk over the phone, this is to save time and money.
• Screening interview – The candidate will have an interview with someone like the HR manager before the hiring manager, the HR manager will decide if the candidate gets the second interview.
• Stress interview – The candidate is purposely put under stressful situations to see how they react and respond to different situations. The candidate may get asked awkward questions.
• Serial interview – The candidate is put through many interviews in one session. The candidate must be prepared for each interview.
