1.Tell me abt urself…. Q.Strength nd weekness? Ans- Strength:- (a) my greatest strength is my strong and positive thinking. honesty is my policy and i am hardworking... i'm adaptable and flexible .. i can very well adjust with new situations and circumstances i have patience and in any situation I don’t lose my cool... Weekness:- (a) I will not give up the work until it finish. May be its strength for the organization but in my point of view, professional shall be know the multitasking rather hanging in single work. (b) people says that i am a less-speaker. Actually i speak only when needed. so i think this may be my weakness. Q.what r ur expectation from this company???? ANS- I m expecting a very conducive and developmental organization where I can explore my talent and knowledge in the field of electrical and to get a very good mentoring environment to work as a beginner in your prestigious organization. In addition to that I am also expecting to nurture my skills in the other developing fields of electrical engineering. Q. Engineers from prestigious institutions are known for their volatile attachment with the organizations. We would like to know your reaction, if we go for some sort of bond structure. ANS-According to me what I feel is that bond structure should not be the criteria to judge one’s talent and skills and if going by usual perception, working as a free individual a performer delivers its best. The reason behind the volatile attachment of few engineers might be their working style and standards which sometime do not match with the standards of the organization and in that case I feel an employee should be given complete liberty. But to be a part of your organization I would not mind to be in a bond structure, what matters to me is my work more than anything.

Q.where u see urself aftr 10 yrs?????

ANS- i can see myself as a higher position in your company after 10 years

Q.why u not selected in earlier companies??

ANS-At that situation i failed to represent my skills properly, but after that i found the mistakes what i have done at that period and got well trained myself to show my skills and my talent. Now i am capable to show my skills that's what i have.

Q. Tell me ur ability to work under pressure..

ANS-i have always enjoyed working under pressure it is like a tonic which boosts me but i always keep it under contorl so it does not take a a toll on me.

Q.Do u have any question for me???/

ANS- if i was not selected, tell for what reason i was not selected,i will improve for the next interview. What is the criterion for growth in this company?

Q.Would you be willing to relocate if required?

ANS-Change in location helps a person to learn and grow as an individual.

Q.are u a team player?

ANS-In my point of view team work is comparitively better than indivdual work.Becoz we can rectify our mistakes and there may be a chance to learn new things.unity is strength.

1. What u learned from your college life? I said I learned how to move with the people effectively & also I came to know abt the cost of friendship.

2.. What do you want to do with your life ?

Ans.. I want to utilize my knowledge and experience for the company I work for . In other words , I want to prove myself as a important human resource for the company I work for . In the family front , I want to prove myself as a responsible and duitiful member .

Ans. . The very fact that I am a educated and qualified person and the fact that I also have the ability of a delivering myself for the betterment of my employers and my country gives me satisfaction .

10.Briefly describe ur ideal job..

Ideal job for me if a person is earning money and respect to the company and the promotion are based on the performance i would love to be a part of this organization.

HR - Suppose you are struck in any problem and you are not getting out of it. Then what will be your approach to solve the problem, tell me the steps you will try to solve the problem?I - I will first of all analyse the problem the problem on my personal level. Actually sir I am in a habbit of analysing and thinking about all my day to day activities before going to bed.If then also I did not find the solution to my problem I will consult to some other person who will be having more knowledge regarding the problem and try to solve the problem.If then also I did not find the solution, then i will leave the problem (HR interrupted)

HR - What you will leave the problem in between?I - No, sir actually I will not leave the problem completely but not let it affect my other works. I will keep doing my other works and try solving the problem side by side. And I am vey much sure that one day I will find the solution to the problem.Int: do u have any questions regarding any thing?Me: sir is there any thing for me to learn before getting in to Infosys?

2.What is more impt to u..the Money or Work?

Money and work both are like siblings. But I believe when you work hard; money will flow to you. So work is more important than money. Only hard work can help you put another feather in your success cap.

Perhaps satisfaction is the most important one..,not just the money or work..We may not be satisfied even if we have the money..but our performance will definitely give us the satisfaction as wel as the money..So ultimately,we must go for satisfaction and decide which of our action is going to give us the same..

3.Difference b/w hard work nd smart work??

Hard work is the idea we are implementing that we have inherited through what we have learnt but smart work is where we use our out of box skills.

Hardwork means when u dont use your brain & do the work in the traditional way as all hav done earlier putting all your efforts whereas smartwork includes creative approach ,some initial study overthe work assigned,using new ideas or may be some shortcuts &achieving your goals.

4.what is difference b/w confidence nd overconfidence??

Confidence is based on Facts and Figures but over confidence is based on speculation.

when you know about something and say Yes I know the answer is 'Confidence'and when you don't know the answer and still try to answer the question is 'Over confidence'.

At present the company is growing in a fast rate.I think that i can contribute myself to achieve the goal of this fast going organization.

If there will be growth in this job and i will meet with great opportunities and i will learn more advance so i think there is no reason for consider leaving.

When i feel that i am contributing and that my contribution is recognized and then i do want to make long term commitment.
