Dr. Roshan Lal Raina is Professor of Communication, IIM Lucknow. He is an

expert in field of Communication. With over 80 publications in national &

international journals, conferences, book reviews to his credit, he is well

known in the field of TQM, marketing, HR, IT and communications. He has conducted 25

innovative trainings world-wide (first of their kind) and has been suitably rewarded with

several prestigious awards such as Full bright Award, IASLIC award, ILA award, British

Council Fellowship, etc. His teaching areas include communication for management,

corporate communication, Media relations and research writing.

Dr. Birendra Kumar is Dean, PG Studies at Bihar Agriculture University.

Earlier he was Director, Communication at G. B. Pant University of

Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. He was Professor, Agricultural

Extension at Alemaya University (Ethiopia). A renowned writer, sensitive

trainer and world class orator, Professor Kumar is known for his passion for teaching,

counseling and public speaking. leading to a sustained change.

Dr Shivendra Kashyap is Associate Professor, Agriculture Communication

and Associate Director, Communication at G. B. Pant University of

Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. He is known for sensitivity and soft skills training.

An excellent organizer, motivator, public speaker, journalist, Dr. Shivendra has multi

functional skills as teacher, trainer, media producer and social worker. He has been

intensely involved with training and development of farmers, trainers and students for

about a decade and half. He has written about 50 papers and 2 books on education and

training.

An MBA graduate from Imperial College London, Mr. Avinashi has varied

experience in communication skills and leadership trainings of thousands of

youths. He was associated with one of the leading education companies of India and has

conducted trainings in premiere institutes like BHU, Indian Telephone Industries and

Institute of Engineering and Technology. He has 6 years of experience of conducting

analytical and soft skills trainings.
