    Supplementary Part

    1. Reference & Sources useda. In this section, provide all the references and sources in APA format that

    you have used for data collection in your internship Report.

    2. Annexesa. At the end of your report, attach all of the supporting material you have

    used for the preparation of your report, like brochures, forms, newsletters,

    interviews, questionnaires etc.

    Important Notes:

    I. You are required to follow the word limit provided in each part of the internshipreport format. You can deviate +10% from the word limit defined in each item.

    Minimum words requirement for internship report is 8,000. The word limit

    should be excluding tables, graphs, references and annexure.II. Complete all the required parts as mentioned in the format of your internship

    report. Remember, each part has been allocated certain weightage and

    importance.III. You should prepare the internship report according to their specialization under

    MBA program i.e Management Information System.

    IV. Internship report should be submitted within the due date as mentioned in thesemester calendar. The due dates will not be extended in any case.

    V. You are required to upload their internship reports on VULMS of the courseagainst the relevant assignment link. Internship reports submitted through e-

    mail will not be accepted. Students can upload their internship reports only once

    that will be considered as their final submission and may not be replaced.
