Have you completed all your subjects? Internship ONLY after completing all subjects.

However, in exceptional cases, one subject may be allowed with internship if approved by the concerned Head of Department.

Email Soft Copy of Résumé to OPA

Forwarding Letter (3 copies/student) from OPA at a time (Only If

required, Not Mandatory).

Submission of the Organization’s Acceptance Letter to OPA within 7-10

days of joining the organization.

Topic Selection for the Report from the Supervisor.

Submission of Proposal to the Supervisor.

Submission of Draft Report to the Supervisor.

Submission of Final Report to OPA

Soft & Hard copy of Final Report Valid E-mail Address

Student is expected to prepare and submit an Internship Report during the semester.

Two types of Internship Reports (Discuss with your academic and organizational supervisor on which format you should or want to work on).Internship Affiliation ReportInternship Research Report

The proposal and report format must be followed for the specific type of report.

Some Important Dates:Résumé : By 15th February 2015 (Revised)Topic Selection : By 26th February 2015Proposal : By 12th March 2015First Draft : By 7th April 2015 Final Report : 23rd April 2015

If necessary, dates may be changed by OPA under notification to the students.

Keep regular contact with Supervisor & OPA.Provide every update about your internship to OPA &

Supervisor in due time.Check your e-mail account regularly.If you are posted outside Dhaka, contact through email or

phone.

Must keep your cell phone active [The number given in your CV and to OPA]
