INTERNSHIP REPORT GUIDELINES – MADANIA HIGH SCHOOL GENERAL INFORMATION 1. The Internship Report is one of the graduation requirements. After finishing the program, every student must construct an Internship Report. It must be written in the passive voice and consist of between 500 - 4000 words. 2. Your Internship Report should: describe the activity in the particular institution. be empiric. be objective. be straight forward, non-hyperbolic, efficient, in a formal language. 3. The Internship Report must be in English and written using Verdana, size 11, and 1.5 spaced. 4. Leave only one space after periods or other punctuation marks. 5. Indent the first line of paragraphs one half-inch from the left margin. Create a header that numbers all pages consecutively in the upper right-hand corner, one-half inch from the top and flush with the right margin. 6. The Final Paper must be printed on A4 21 x 29.7 cm paper (left margin=top margin= right margin=bottom margin=1 inch). 7. The Internship Report must be submitted together with soft cover and attachment of the signed approval form. List of books, journals, magazine, websites, and newspapers you used in making the report.

Remember to use the right way of writing references. Remember to write a complete address of the accessed website,

including the time you access it.
