    As you login to the portal the above Home page appears, wherein wecome across Tabs like Main Menu, Jobs & responsibility ,Resdex, reports & Administration.

    For going into search engine click on Search resume (either under Main Menu / under Resdex)

    Once you open the resdex / Search resume you will come across above search option available as per the

    need.

    Advance Search: Basic search engine that can be used on a daily basis.Wherein we can find CV on Key

    Skills,Experience Range,Salary Range,Location,Qualification etc.

    EZ Search: Used when we come across a reference, using EZ search we can find CV uploaded in the portal

    IT Search: This Further categorizes the search in terms of IT Skill, Primary, Secondary etc.

    MY Search:It is an Advance Search option wherein we can customize our search according to our preference.

    Role Search: This search engine helps in searching the CV on Functionality & Work Domain basis.

    Featured Resume: It in none other than Advance search.

    Search Campus Fresher: It is paid service by Naukri wherein we can directly contact fresher's.

    Once we have put up a search, you can also save the search for future reference by

    following below steps:

    Click on the cube besides Save , to select the CVs.

    Click on Save To FolderThere will open a command Save Resume, Click on Create a new personal

    folder & save, then Enter a Name to

    Once the search is saved it will appear in manner above

    You can open this saved search for future references

    Click on Modify & we can make changes in the search saved

    Click on Share & we can share the saved search with other Sub-Users

    The Saved search put on Share will be viewed in Shared Searches

    Click on Alert & we can set an alter of saved search on a daily, weekly, monthly basis

    Other important way of recruitment is

    through employee referral.

    Details regarding requirement was created in

    a slide and sent to all employees .

    Successful referral was given a bonus of

    Rs.30,000.

    Deep product knowledge having participated in at least 5 end to end project deliveries.

    Good communication skills, experience in requirement gathering, modelling, team mentoring, consulting,architecting, estimation, risk management etc.

    SAP BW Consultant: SAP BW Consultant with 6+ yrs. of experience.

    Deep product knowledge having participated in 3 end to end project deliveries. Good Communication Skills, excellent product knowledge.

    SAP BI consultant: SAP BW Consultant with 6+ yrs. of experience.

    Deep product knowledge having participated in 3 end to end project deliveries involving SAP BW- BI integration.

    Good Communication Skills, excellent product knowledge covering Webi, Dashboard, performance optimization,universe, BICS, Design Studio etc.

    SAP FICO: SAP FICO with 6+years of SAP experience and domain experience of at least 4+ years in domain. Should have at least 2 E2E implementation experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant.

    Consultants with strong experience in Financial Accounting : GL , Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank,Assets

    Good experience in CO: Cost Element, Cost Centre, Internal Order, Profit Centre, Product costing

    Knowledge in Material ledger desirable, Integration with SD, MM, PP modules

    With the help of job portals a database of

    shortlisted profiles will be created in MS Excel.

    The important coloumns in a databse will be

    name,email id,conact no,current

    org,location,Ctc,exp,notice period.

    profiles are scheduled for interview.

    During my internship there were four
