• In the production of the civet coffee, I had understood more about the knowledge of the civet coffee like how the coffee beans

produced and the species of the coffee beans. Moreover, I had involved in quality assurance and quality control to check the

herbs and the coffee beans. I had helped to check the tins, sachets, pouches and envelopes that had used in the packaging. After

that, my supervisor had given me one assignment on set the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to suit the production of civet

Testimonials from interns (cont.) EXPERIENCE in Account & Finance Dept.

• First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to my supervisor, Miss Bavani guiding me in past 3 months.

• Frankly, I did learn a lot of things even though over workload. A system is extremely important for company to operate well. It

will save a lot time and prevent double jobs. It is useful when I set up business in the future.

• Maintain a good relationship with colleague, between employer and employee and even with suppliers is necessary. For example,

coordinated between each department will smoothing and speed up the work. Also, never take advantages on the suppliers

because of long term business nature. A reasonable and fair benefit should pay to employer to maintain high loyalty.

• My critical thinking and interpersonal skill sharply enhanced. Legalized document is important for evidence especially deal with

banking and finance. In a nutshell, I am glad to work here because know a lot friends.

Testimonials from interns (cont.) EXPERIENCE in Human Recourses and Admin. Dept.

• Here I would like to express all my feeling as I went through my internship program in Info-House (M) SDN BHD located in

Johor Bahru. As I am still the first year student of Bachelor of Business Management (Anglia Ruskin, UK 3+0), I do not know

much about admin job as well as other jobs that are related to business due to my background which was in pure Science.

• As I went along this internship, I had improved myself step by step in every different aspect of the career life. That was the only

thought that made me to go for internship. First of all, I really improved my skills of communication with the client and also the

jobseekers. I also know the interview questions that should be asked to the candidates. Besides, I learned how to screen the

important aspects in the resume for certain position. On that basis, I also know how to perform match-making of candidates’

resume with the vacancies available. Furthermore, I learned how to do payroll from beginning until the end; from installing

software to printing out a pay slip. Regarding payroll, I also know how to fill up the EPF, SOCSO and PCB forms. Internship

does teach me how to key in accounts in the accounting system.

• Now, from an ordinary student, I have became a student who have the knowledge in HR, Admin and Accounts. I also became

more confident when talking to anyone even my family members and improved my report writing skills. Last but not least, the

strength and weakness that I have found in myself during my internship period is that if I am given a task, I would try my best to

complete it neatly, clearly, successfully without any mistake and as I could but if there is no work that given to me, I will be

bored. I hope to overcome all my weaknesses and make it into a positive action and success in my studies as well as my career

life, and I hope to sit in a higher position in my future. Thank you for everyone who has been with me all along my journey of my

internship training.

• Thank you.

• Your Sincerely,

• Mageswary A/P Raja Kumar
