PROJECT INTRODUCTION

Dash for Impact is a project-running contest for high-school students around Hanoi

on a hot social issue that they’ve encountered every day in their lives. Our mission

include:

To equip the students with the awareness of that social issue and then empower

them to have the right attitude towards it in order to reduce the negative

impact/increase the positive impact on society. The project focuses on the youth

since they are the one holding the caretaker-ship of the society in the future. The

foundation of well-educated citizens should be built right now.

To train a group of youth by giving them chances to express their opinion and try

their best to implement their ideas with the final purpose is to equip them with skills

they need when taking action.

By doing things above, we can make a group of youth become potential leaders with

enthusiasm and capability to make positive impacts on society.

“A healthy outside starts from the inside” - Robert Urich

In modern life, especially when technology

becomes a part of each person, we realize that

things are moving so fast that hardly anyone

be able to enjoy a peaceful and healthy life.

So in this year Dash for Impact, we decided to choose Healthy living as our topic

to raise the awareness on students as well as others through students’ projects about

how to live a proper and relaxing life thanks to the help of a healthy living style.

get to greatness. Therefore, AIESEC Global Citizen program facilitates such a

challenging environment for your personal development. By being a part of an

international team working in a country far away from home, young people have to

adapt quickly to different cultures and perspectives. They learn how to be strong and

independent in all situations and by that developing leadership and communication

skills.

Cross-cultural Experience

Students who join the program have the chance to research and learn about world issues,

culture, history, architecture, cuisine, language, economy and the people in the host

country. They will also gain global mindset when working in a team with many

nationalities.

Social Impact

The world needs people who care not only about their personal development but also

the community they belong to. By working in projects centred on social issues, young
