Internet Web Reporting (IWR)

This is the web based reporting system connected to each district’s E-School Plus server, DELSIS accommodations and other DOE data tables.

IWR Reports for RAMPS Consolidated Application

• IWR reports will be created to assist districts/charter schools with the RAMPS Consolidated Application.

• Data table definitions are being defined and will be incorporated into the IWR reports.

• Items in the data table are required and LEA’s will need to address these data elements in the application.

• For the 07-08 school year if an IWR report does not exist, data will not be required in the data table. Districts may include these data in the application based on data table definitions.

• Districts may also address additional district data in the application as the district determines appropriate.

The main page of the IWR is called the NewsIndex (also called the NewsBox).

This NewsIndex will have a list of report categories.

Clicking on one of the report categories will bring up a list of reports currently available under the category. For example, clicking on Special Services provides the following list of reports:

Reports may be in several different formats such as PDF, Excel and CSV. For example, clicking on Discipline provides the following list of reports in various formats:

Some reports will have prompts to select specific information such as school year, building, grade, etc. The following accommodations report prompts for school year, building and test season.

Some reports are lists of students.

Some reports are summary counts.

Some reports have charts.

Cognos Impromptu

Cognos Impromptu is the report writer used to create the standardized reports and post them to the districts’ IWRs.

Reports can be created on data in E-School as well as a number DOE data tables.
