The basic rule of netiquette is people do strange things when they get behind a keyboard.

A flame is an angry, critical or hurtful electronic message.
A flame war is an exchange of notes on a computer forum.
By knowing netiquette you can avoid a flame war.

Emocations are a textual expression representing the face of a writer’s mood or expression.
They are used to alert a responder.

What is spam? Spam is the abuse of electronic
messaging to send unsolicited junk mail.
Some important things to remember:

If someone asks you to respond, do

delete it.
Some tips to remember when sending an e-mail:
Check to make sure you have the right e-mail address.
Remember to hit send. Do not give out your e-mail address to
