o Adopt working methods & procedures

o Consider reports by Study Groups & TSAG

including Questions proposed for next study period

o Approve, modify, reject draft Recs.• SGs will not, in general, submit

technical draft Recs. for approval

o Approve work programo Decide to maintain, terminate, or

establish Study Groups and allocate to them the Questions to be studied

o Appoint Chair and Vice-chairs of Study Groups and TSAG• TSB will issue Circular Letter after TSAG-

04 to request Members to provide candidates of Chairmen/VC of Study Groups

• Current Chairmen/VC can be re-elected for a 2nd term
