one of the author’s prescribed International journal.

Authors registration fee includes the Welcome reception, Participation in the technical session,

Badge/I-Card, Conference bag and/or conference accessories, Conference document (CD

proceedings), Lunch, Coffee breaks and Journal Publication.

Same charges will be collected for Poster or Projector (oral) presentation. The decision of

presentation type will be decided as conference committee.

One of the authors MUST register for the conference, and MUST register before the deadline given

for author registration. Failure to register before the deadline will result in automatic withdrawal of

your paper from the conference proceedings and program.

Due to any unavoidable circumstances if there is a change in venue / date of the conference, all the

registered participants will be intimated immediately regarding the change.

Due to any unavoidable situation if you unable to participate the conference, you MUST send your

postal address to coordinator by email before the conference date, we will send the proceedings and

conference certificate by post.

Registered persons/ Authors only to allow the conference hall and provide the conference certificate

On-site/spot registrations are not permitted for the Conference day.

Student fees are applicable only to full-time students. Presenting Authors must register to attend the

conference.

# One regular Registration fee can cover a paper within 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and

references.

^ Listeners will get participation certificate, Co-authors will get presentation and participation certificate.

^^The amount charged for E-Posters is to display the E-Posters only on website. The paper will be

published in conference proceeding book and Journal. The presenter is not required to be present in

person at the conference.

^^^UG Scholar registration would be allowed as a delegate to attend the conference for all days,

inclusive of tea/coffee breaks. Food will not be served as a part of the registration. If he/she wants to

have food, it can be availed on an additional cost at the conference venue or can be paid prior to the

conference.
